Not yet fully massed, as the galleons of the North and the land forces of the goldlands are expected, if there is to be a chance at actually taking Myr, the massing fleet of Westeros is a grand thing nonetheless; three hundred or more ships, including dozens of galleons, thousands of troops, and led by the Lord Captain of the Iron Islands.
Around Tyrosh activity is mad with effort, as swords and spears and trebuchet stones are produced by the thousand, and skirmishes with the shore city's outer villages continues in an effort to weaken the Free City.

Killion stood at the helm of King Harren's Revenge which was serving as flagship for the kingdoms' combined fleets. He ran his hands fondly over the worn oak wheel, fondly remembering the times they had enjoyed together. For most of his life they had been alone, the scourge of the Narrow Sea. Now, they had an armada at their back and the world would quake.
He ordered the fleet forward, flags signaling the ships to organize in a triple column formation with a screen of scout ships sent ahead. When they reached Myr, an inverted vee formation would be adopted, the galleons making a strong center as the smaller faster ships enveloped the habor to flank the Myrish battle fleet. Destroying the Myrish fleet and blockading its harbor was just step one. The true test would be taking the city.

As they approach the city, often considered the most purely architecturally beautiful of the nine, the fleet sees massive columns of smoke coming from it. The sky itself is tinted yellowish-green with chemical vapors, and dead fish by the thousands can be seen floating in the water. It stinks like nothing else as they pass through the Sea of Myrth, and it isn't until the city itself comes into view that the fleet is visible. Dozens of ships, hundreds, maybe, all lined into a powerful battle line in front of the main port, waving a purple star flag.
The city itself looks like it has been designed to slaughter any who approach, coastal forts heavily armed and legions of Ghiscari manning the heavy weapons. The water is tinted an odd shade of yellow for some reason, chemical runoff from the industrial nightmare that Frances Dayne has created.

The prince ordered the fleet to proceed as planned, organizing an inverted vee around the mouth of the harbor. The light ships formed the edges of the crescent moon as the galleons made up the strong center, careful to be out of range of the coastal defenses while as close to the enemy fleet as they could manage. The Iron Fortresses were positioned close behind in an unbroken line, loaded with stones. Killion ordered the enemy fleet fired upon, intending to draw them out away from the safety of their harbor. Knowing so little of the opposing admiral, this is where he would get the measure of the man.

Several fishing boats sail out to the no man's land between the fleets and are ignited, smoke obscuring the ability of the fortresses to aim with any hope of success. The fleet is massive and unwieldy, and the first winds of autumn are starting to blow. It is entirely possible Magister Frances is simply willing to wait the fleet out until it either has to try beaching for an invasion or retreating to avoid the horrid storms that gave the Stormlands their name.

Killion smirked, a tad impressed, having used the same tactic in Tyrosh to screen their advance. He chose a dozen of his most daring and zealous corsair captains, 6 positioned on either point of the crescent mood. Armed with flares, they were to cut across, passing as close as they could to the enemy fleet while attempting to nimbly avoid their fire, sending the signals up when they were close as they were able. There would be no shortage of casualties in the gambit, but the flares would give the Iron Fortresses viable targets in the smokescreen.

As the northern wing approaches the ships stall out, as iron rods placed in the shallow water rip hulls out and leave the sitting ducks or sinking. Volleys of shore based artillery crush the corsairs, but four make it to fire some flares. A orund of trebuchets is launched and hits are made but only three of the dozen ships return to the lines.

Killion ordered bombardment to continue in the vicinity at least until the acrid smoke form the burning ships cleared, happy to have learned of the iron rods in the shallows before an amphibious landing was attempted. That would have spelled an end for the entire endeavor.

The bomabrdment continues but the shore forts are stopping it from being as devastating as it waas in Dorne. As usually happens in war, an adversary who has studied his opponents' tactics adapts, and Frances certainly knows the power of the Iron Fortresses from Sunspear.

Knowing the positions of the iron rods to the North of the city, Killion changes up the formation, splitting the armada into two fleets. One is placed directly to the south and the other directly west, with the intent being to shepherd the enemy fleet into their own ship sinkers. He ordered the fleets forward, galleys and corsairs screening the capital ships in case more countermeasures were discovered. The Iron Fortresses were ordered to move up as well to rain down suppressing fire upon the shore forts while the fleets battled.
Naval Command 100 Rallying 90 Routing 80
Fighting Swords (Dual Wield) 99 Full Plate
Riposte: Using two swords gives Prince Killion the benefits of a shield against melee (not missile) attacks. He also counters the first hit he is dealt in a fight to the death, inflicting a -10 to his opponent while suffering the effects of the blow himself.
Sow Only Fear: The terror of battling Prince Killion's notorious fleet imposes a -5 penalty to all command-related rolls enemy commanders are entitled to for a fight. He may also add +10 to any intimidate rolls when facing someone who has lost a battle to him in the past.
Arc 3: Robber King: Killion adds one third his naval raiding skill to his finance to calculate income. When a part of an army or navy, he reduces his side's final personnel losses by 20%.

Harwyn Goodbrother sailed behind Killion's flagship, barking out or conveying orders as they came. The feared raider had spent many months compensating for his lack of sailing ability, and now stood ready to meet their foe by land or sea.

Land Siege 85 Command 90 Raiding 50 Rallying 85 Routing 85
Naval Command 70
Ravager: Harwyn adds 10 to all rolls against opponents whose skill is less than 85. He also adds 5 to any intimidation rolls against those with a lower weapons score than him. Reckless Assault: Harwyn gains +10 to all command rolls against opponents with a lower command score and suffers -5 against ones with a higher score due to his brutal but uncomplicated tactics.

Nymos can only stay with the dornish land forces on their ship, leaving his fate and the others in killions hands as he lets out a sigh of held breath. "Seven protect us in this time of need..." He whispers to himself as he holds his bow and arrows at the ready, the only weapon that might be useful in this fight for him.

This battle is strictly to try establishing a blockade. While the fleet is at sea the shore batteries are useless. Routing rolls are impossible due to the proximity of the fight to the coast, and quarter isn't an expectation of either side at this point.
