10 Galleons, 5 Corsairs, fully manned after the recruiting at Dragonstone. Hitting the Morays fleet on patrol, looking to capture with surprise boarding if they do a trade good inspection or if they attempt to pirate on the "trade" ships, pulling back if his main force appears.

The battle begins when two of Lord Moray's ships attempt to stop one of Uhtred's fake merchant vessels. The corsairs pull up to the ship to discover that soldiers are on board, and Uhtred's five fast corsairs are upon them swiftly. they lose only thirty men and capture both small ships with a hundred or so prisoners. The sharks feast well on the corpses. A perfunctory interrogation results in learning that Lord Moray is working with one of the Free Cities' fleets to the east, forming some sort of blockade.

The Titans will continue with the ruse for now, though Uhtred has Giocando take command of the two corsairs with skeleton crews to sail back to Blackstone. He'll also instruct the man to try to get more information from the prisoners and to contact any information sources he has.

According to the prisoners, with his allies Lord Entel has approximately fourteen galleons and half again as many galleys, a truly fearsome fleet to battle. They believe the ships are from Tyrosh, but some insist Lys.

Uhtred considers the news with trepidation. They'd need to bleed him more than he had hoped, and Seaworths support was now a necessity. He has his corsairs spread out again and the seven remaining galleons to continue, he hoped to capture at least 5 more ships before pulling back to leave Entel wondering what happened to his ships. He'd also have to find out who Entel is working against.

They capture a few merchant ships, but Lord Entel's fleet seems to largely lurk in groups. Uhtred can try sending spy ships to see what he is up to if he wishes, or rely on second hand knowledge from sailors at ports.

Uhtred'll send out the scout ships lead by Giocanda when he gets back from depositing the captured ships back at Blackstone. The spy ships'll try to find a group of Entel's patrol fleet and get back to him so the main force of the Titans can ambush the corsairs.

Scouting result: 150
Giocanda discovers a small natural cove where the corsairs gather in small groups to stave off the winter winds. It'd be a natural place for a blockade.

Uhtred will encircle the place, with his fleet, then assault the location with the full force of his sellsails.
