Amelia and Danya arrive in New Ghis after another sea journey. The two make their way off the ship and... look around to see if they can find an inn.
Ami takes a very close look to see what the women her dress and act like.

Amelia notes the women tend to loose garments and headdresses to ward off the burning sun. There are some inns scattered across the harbor, and a few have Westerosi names. The city is triple-walled and martial.

Ami smiled and lead the way to one of the Westerosi inns. Entering she approached the barman. "We would like to rent a room."

"How many, and how long?" The innkeeper is Westerosi, though a specific nationality is of course difficult to pick out.

"One room, we shall say a month for now," Amelia said to him as Danya offered up saved coin. "I wonder if you could answer some questions for us as well?"

"Such as?" He stares at the two, his gaze now more attracted for the moment to Danya. "Not too often we get such lovely guests from Westeros. I do hope you two don't plan on starting a fight like most of the sailors," he laughs.

"Not unless you ask us to," Danya said with a chuckle, while Ami shook her head. "We don't look like sailors, do we? Now, where might I find a shop nearby that sells such pretty dresses I have seen the women wear? Oh, and... the things for hair. Wax?"

"Shops'll be all about You'd need a guide to not get ripped off at the nicer places, though, unless you speak the language. Haggling is everything here. I have hair wax if you need it. I'm Crispin Meadows, by the way. Pleasure."

"Amelia Royce," Ami said with a red-cheeked grin, "and this is Danya Frey. Unfortunately we do not speak the language so do you know who might act as guide? And thank you for the wax."

He runs his hands through his hair. "Not too many Westerosi here. I'm alone except my brother, but gods know where he is. I might be able to tomorrow, if he can watch over the inn."

"We would be very grateful to you, Master Meadows," Danya said, Ami curling some hair around a finger. "You are from the Reach, no? What brought you to New Ghis?" She asked.

"King's Landing," he said, a bit surprised at the error. "There's gold to be made here, for an enterprising man. Also, my brother is ill, and the dry weather is good for his lungs."

"Oh, I do apologize for the mistake," Ami said, giggling. "Sad news about your brother, but I do hope this place is doing him well? May I ask what food you have in your kitchens right now?"
Danya gave a hidden smirk at that. Her friend had been gaining more and more weight, as expected, though she was still far from being fat.

"Everything you could want from back home, and also some local fare; seafood for that, but mutton, pork, and beef stew for the Westerosi dishes. Corn mixed into the stew, eggs fried with peppers, and some good Arbor wine." The smell is pretty good.
