"Try and hone my archery, maybe try and improve with on the sword, but when the time comes, I hope I can stand with my brother, and help fight my families enemies." She replied honestly, "what are your plans, Ser?"

"Trying to avoid my family," he said, "for I am their enemy, it appears. Hopefully not forever. If you ever want to spar, let me know. I learned a thing or two once, before I promptly forgot them while drinking too much wine."

"No time like the present," she suggested, giving him a wolfish grin, "I am always willing to learn, a thing or two, and I have an excellent memory"

Jared regards her silently a moment, then shrugs. "Thirty minutes, the yard. I need to get my sword."

"I'm one of the Lannisters bannermen. Rode in with the rest for this union." He said with a somewhat sour disposition at the word union, "How about you? You one of the sellswords hired for the war that's not going to happen?" He asked curiously, guessing from his dornish tyroshi backgroundm "Well, I do sell my sword" Darius said. "But I would not rule out war, Here in westeros starting them seems to be a hobby of the Nobility" he continued, taking a swig from his goblet. "I guess its up in the air as to who I'm gonna be paid to kill though"

"Yeah, figured as much." Korben said with a shrug, not really sounding surprised by the answer. Sellswords weren't really known for their loyalty, they went with who offered them money. And despite the name, it wasn't like the Goldlands were the only place you could get gold to pay them. "Still, here's hoping your not paid to fight us. I'd hate to turn my axe on someone I've shared a drink with." He said as he gave a small toast to his own proposal, and drank.

"Depends on the person" Darius said, "Though I'll admit, I wouldn't get much satisfaction out of having to kill you"

"Glad to hear it..." Korben said with a grin, feeling a bit looser after having his wine, "So, I gotta ask. Why the red hair?" He asked, voicing what he'd been wondering about for a while now.

"I spent a long time in Tyrosh, where I could get the dye for cheap" Darius said, finishing off yet another goblet of wine, and so starting with another.

"Figured that much. But why red?" He asked with a chuckle at the mans answer, getting himself another goblet of wine, "There's gotta be some story behind it, right?"

"Not really, I sorta just decided to while there, I certainly was not the only person there to get my hair dyed" Darius said, Taking a swig from his goblet. "As for why Red, well, 'The Crimson Bastard of Dorne' sounds a lot better than 'The Blue Bastard of Dorne'"

"Or the green bastard, now that you mention it." Korben laughed, working hard to keep his drink from spilling, "Well, seems only fair that since I asked a question. I should let you return the favor. Ask away, anything you'd like." He said, giving an open invitation to the man.

"Hmm, what to ask" Darius said, taking yet another swig as he thought. "First person you killed, and how?" he then asked.

"First kill, eh? It was nine years back, long before this mess of a war started. Some bandits were ambushing goldland ships on the sea, making off with their goods and sometimes whole trade boats. One day, they got too close to Faircastle, and Farman's navy chased them to the shore, right to Kayce..." Korben said with a pleasant smile on his face, remembering the moment well, "I was training with the Master of Arms when it happened. Their boat sank, and half of them managed to swim to shore. One of them saw I had a horse and tried to lunge at me for it. Think he was a bit delirious, didn't seem to realize I was armed." He said as the smirk left his face a bit.
"I took a step back, he went falling to the ground, and I split his head open with an Axe like it was a practice block..." He said as he finished the wine in his cup, shaking his head, "Bastard probably didn't even feel it before he died."
