Where the king shall announce a queen. The entire courtyard of the castle is decorated for the event, the feasting to occur outdoors mostly, under the fine summer sky. Everyone is invited and the gossip flows almost as fast as the wine.

Virtually everyone of any import in the North is present as well as thousands of visitors. The Tullys are on the upper dais but the tables are close together due to how busy the place is and people are mingling everywhere.

The Ironborn are present, Killion mostly keeping to his own kind rather than mingling about. He clearly had more pressing things on this mind than this farce of a tourney.

Oddly, for her, Robyn Stark arrived in a dress, made from the red silks she purchased in Tyrosh under the advise of Ellaria Dayne, even more susprising for her, it was not almost a head to two covering. Apparently making the most of the warm summer weather, the youngest Stark sister's dress had a modest neckline, but revealed almost all of her back, the front was shorter, coming down to her knees, but the back flowed out behind her and trailed on the floor, fanning out as she walked.
She entered and approached her brother Nick.

Nick and some other foreign nobles are having a heated conversation in some language. He waves a dismissive hand and double takes at Robyn. "I see you got a new clothing designer," he said with approval.

Menion approaches Killion. "Someone need killing, Your Grace?"

"Well, up north all I get to wear is wool" She smiled, "Thought I would make the most of summer," she grinned at him, "Problems?" she asked, looking at the men who he was arguing with.

"No," he said. "Nothing that won't wait. Would you dance? I feel I've lost a step these last few months. And I assume your dear husband shall be along presently?"

"Of course, I believe so, anyway, I think he is talking to someone, I am fortunate enough to not have been surgically attached to him when we married," she smiled. Robyn liked to think Kalvin would not bite her head off for dancing with her brother at least. "if you've lost a step you may be just my level," Robyn was fairly graceful and fluid in her movement from training and being light and agile, but specific steps often alluded her, so she often depended on a confident leads. "Let's dance,"

Nick has plenty of dancing experience like any good rogue, and he leads her on a dance known for simple movements but requiring a bit of speed. "How have you been?" He asked. "Not so fun having bounties on our heads, hm?"

Menion approaches Killion. "Someone need killing, Your Grace?" "This affair would be less dull if someone did." he replied, with a laugh that did not meet his eyes. "I think we both had the right idea when we were just lone captains on lone ships reaving wherever we wished. Things were simpler then."

"A little bit stressed" She admitted, putting her hand on his shoulder and letting him lead her, "I won't lie and say it's fun, it is fairly awful, I am sure, especially when you think the man who put it on them is currently drinking my brother's wine and eating his food as our guests," she briefly looked at Killion as they spun, before looking back to Nick, "Makes you just want to run and hide, no?"

"I think we both had the right idea when we were just lone captains on lone ships reaving wherever we wished. Things were simpler then." "I still do that," he noted. "Which is why I refuse all those titles and lands and women you have tried so hard to saddle me with." He drains his whiskey. "They do distill a good liquor," he said. He looked to the other side of the giant Royal dais. "It's all so...friendly here," he said. "Churns my guts." /// Nick chuckled. "Not the first bounty on my head," he noted. "Will probably not be the last. I am glad to see you've chosen not to hide. I'm also glad Ben paid triple for the security here," he added.

"Only on the surface. Still plenty churning beneath. Peace is like a riptide." Killion mused, as much to himself as to his scythe wielding bannerman. "Grow complacent for too long, stop fighting, and you'll find yourself dead."
