Benjen laughed. "New recruits can't expect the best, especially in these times. Talk to my servants, they'll get you a decent sword and armour." He nodded at Titus. "The beard'll help in the cold but please bathe. The Others can no doubt smell you." He chuckled.

"No promises," Benjen said, not even sure if he himself would survive this. "Get yourself a proper room in the castle. Not as cold." He added with a wave.

The cloud stops just south of the Wall. Sorry for improper usage of North.
