While many of the royals and higher nobility can stay at the castle, Lord Kalvin and his forces are staying a bit south of the castle on a wide field, doing their best to stop the stream of wildlings from deserting. The heat and ready availability of plunder is very tempting to them.

Dud sets up his tent in a slightly secluded area of the camp. It's surrounded by tents of whoever remains of the hundred men Otho brought with him, however few they are at this point. He continues his own campaign of drinking with them, and what ever Northern cavalry they have become close with. The sellswords reminiscing about old tales from Essos, and exchanging stories with the Northmen in their past campaigns. Dud makes sure to stay reasonably sober in case Lord Kalvin Stark has any orders for him in general before they march.

Prince Benjen calls a meeting between commanders. When all are gathered he speaks ups.
"We have word that Bryce Dayne's host is in the southern Prince's Pass. With the Boney cut off we can't snake around and hit him from behind so we will have to march west, to meet up with King Brynden's force. The sooner the better - the wildlings seem tense. Any thoughts?"

Everyone seems rather ready to geet a move on. "Sooner this gets done, the better," Lord Arryn says. Ser Mychel Tully nods.
"The men couldn't be more ready, Prince Benjen. We have a hundred thousand men ready to smash this false king."

Kalvin comes to talk to his most consistent warrior. "Dudley," he said, "what are you doing after the war?"

Uhtred rides slowly into the massive army camp, bearing a message from Amelia Royce to Prince Benjen Stark. He'll deliver it to the guardsmen of the royalty and request audience, then wait. He'd have to get used to this.

In what must be the worst strke of luck imaginable, Larrance Redfort has the guard duty that afternoon. He looks to the man with glee. "Old Gods be praised!" he cheers.

"I doubt it" Uhtred says dourly as he eyes the man before him "I have a message for your prince." His damned luck of course.

We have a hundred thousand men ready to smash this false king." "Perfect," Benjen said with a nod. "Then let us prepare to march on the morrow. I want scouts between the host and Nightsong for the entire march and a small rearguard. Let's keep the wildlings at our center so we can keep an eye on them."

"Not getting your fucking money," he said with an evil laugh. "Why don' you just hand this message over to me, dead man?" "Because I don't doubt you'd wipe your arse with it, and while I'm sure the Prince has gotten used to fecal matter having you around, he probably likes letters from Royce in better condition" he says, before dismounting from his horse and going square with man.

The lords nod at Benjen's words. A messenger comes to him and whispers to him. "The stormlands and Crownlands armies have crowned Aaron Baratheon," he says. "He marches at the head of twenty thousand to join us."
//
Larrance looks the man down. He goes for his blade, but a voice causes him to hold his attack. "Easy, now, Larrance," another man said. "If he's hurt Amelia Royce then it'll be more fun seeing what the prince does to him. Drop the axe and come with us.."

Benjen nodded his thanks at the messenger. "King Aaron... right. Kalvin, I want you to take the main force on the march to Nightsong. I will wait here with a small contingent to combine with Aaron and follow you."
