If he is able to access the library, Giocanda will pull a reference sheet from his knapsack, with the characters of the Old Valyria. He'll examine the books that have to do with Old Valyria and its history, or texts that actually use the Old Valyrian characters and dialect.

The books aren't for sale. Giocanda will need to exercise a multi-fingered discount.

Giocanda figured that sort of thing. Does he find books that fit that category?

Sleight of Hand, a good excuse if caught, and a conceal ability would be super useful right about now.

To make it clear, he's not stealing the books yet. Just confirming that they're at the Citadel and copying titles down.

Ok then.

After confirming that there are books he's looking for, he'll leave the citadel for now. He will spread the rumour that he's a sponsor willing to offer gold support for students who can read and write, having a book that he needs copying. He'll set himself up in a tavern for now.

After passing the exam, Morgan (also known as Moryn), waited to be informed of her next movements.

A young woman comes to the tavern where Gio is staying. "You needed a scribe?" she said.
Moryn is told that the next morning is class, and to scrub hard because she's going to need to cough up an entrance fee. Without a patron, it may prove wise to try to find a backer.

A young woman comes to the tavern where Gio is staying. "You needed a scribe?" she said. Gio frowns at the girl "You are from Citadel? I come far for one such as you, but I did not think woman were acolytes from it. Is this true? Are there woman maesters?"

"No," she said. "But maesters and acolytes aren't ones who come to taverns to transcribe texts for strange men," she said evenly. "I work for Lord Hightower."

Gio frowns "Ah, it is a pity then. I thought in my head that I would need such a person, but if you are as they it will be okay." He hands her a sheet of paper "read this for me, and give me the numbers on it. I am told it has information on it,but I cannot read after all, and I will pay you once you put it down in westerosi. Or tyroshi I suppose."
OOC: This page is a nonsense page of characters, mimicking Old Valerian but not anything actually. Testing yay!

The woman looks at it. "Is this some sort of joke? It read "big obvious honesty test""

'Moryn' goes to wherever she is sent regarding her cleaning work and does her best to work her for as long as she is physically capable of. She decided to try and find a patron after class the next day.

Gio frowns her, then takes the paper "Obviously if you cannot take this seriously, you are not right. A good day to you then." He opens the door for the lady.
