The forces of Oakenshield are utterly broken outside the keep, which will take storming to conquer.

Uhtred sizes it up and lands his forces, putting forward both his own men and Harwyn's to assault. He'll go in with em, and have Thre Forto organize the assault

Uhtred cleans his axe with a cloth as he observes the small island they had taken. Plunder would be collected, collated, and distributed as appropriate. The woman would be put to the side, maybe they could ship em to the mainland in a corsair. That'd be appropriate. He supposed the iron born would want to rape them, but he had taken the island. His call. They could use Oakenshield for a temporary base. Good fallback point if they had to go up the Mander. As he walks out of the keep, he see's another fleet on the horizon, but they fly the Kraken. The prince was here.

The Iron Titans and Brotherhood return to the Arbor, this time to stay. Uhtred will work at unblocking Redwyne harbor and managing the corsair scouts, but the real command lies with Harwyn Goodbrother.

Harwyn organizes the Bloody Brothers under his command once again and, returning to the town his men had captured previously, orders a thorough search of the town and nearby surroundings, sending off a dozen bands of one hundred men while three hundred remain with him in the town.

Ragnar began to organise the men under his command. Unless Goodbrother has more specific orders, he will send his men to patrol the seas around the island. He sends word to Goodbrother to request information about who will take and hold Redwyne's keep.

Harwyn returned word that he could lead an attack if there were any defenders left, but that afterwards it could serve as the joint headquarters on the island for both the Titans and Islands men.

Resistance is sporadic, costing only a few casualties, and the people who haven't fled the Arbor already are holing up in the craggy peaks of the island's interior (imagining Sicily here). Holdfasts are located throughout the islands, but in just two days the Ironborn have secured the coastline.

As Ragnar was handling patrols around the island Uhtred will turn his eyes farther away from the island. His men would be available for storming any keeps, but they would also be conducting more long range scouting expeditions, looking at the southern coast and collecting information. Uhtred will sequester himself in a small manor in Redwyne Harbor, closing himself off for hours at a time as he works with a few men on a secret project.

With the coastline secure, Ragnar began to make preparations for sending scouts to check the situation regarding Lord Redwyne's own keep (I don't want to assume that it's not defended if it is)
Do we get any interesting prisoners or loot from raiding the holdfasts?

Raiding/Command: 131/116
Two hundred men fall to the guerillas, but within a week or so about a third of the island's land mass is under Ironborn control. Taking the mountainous hinterlands will require a much higher tolerance for losses.

Lord Redwyne's Keep is abandoned and has been razed. Some village reeves and minor noblewomen are found, but none worth any real ransom.

Harwyn gathers the forces of the Brothers and Titans, sending word to Ragnar that he intends to scour the island and it's mountains clean. With groups of ten sent ahead as scouts, Harwyn marches with or without Ragnar and his men the next day to search for any resistance.

Ragnar leaves 1000 of his men to guard the ships, knowing that the Ironborn were nothing without their fleet, and takes hisremaining 1000 inland. He gives orders that messengers are to come at once if a threat is posed to the ships.
