"Right, I will go now. I hope this works." Lars says before standing and beginning to make his way to The King.

Jory left the tent as well, nodding to Durran as he disappeared into the rest of the camp.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////// Lars sits in this tent drinking a horn of ale with Durran, who has gained some better motion in his jaw, and await The Eagle to return so that Lars can tell him his thoughts on the plan.

Jory slid into the tent.
"How goes it, huntsman?"

Lars smiles as The Eagle enters, and pours him some ale and offers a seat at the table where he and Durran are sitting. "We follow Catherine Mallister. I beleive Grimm will try and get her. I talked with her, she does not know about our plan but she did express dissapproval on hunting humans." He took a few swigs of ale. "Im no good at convincing people of things so I didnt get her to go anywhere we could track her."

Jory held up a hand at the ale, declining it and sitting down. "Catherine. And what makes you think that she will be the target instead of the Lord himself?"

"Call it a hunch. I was speaking with Justin Mallister when it hit me. Why would Gary Grimm, some outlaw, try and take down such a Knight? He could deal a harder blow to him by attacking his daughter, it would also be much safer for him. I certainly wouldn't want to fight him."
Durran quickly grabs the ale and drinks two.

"Right. That seems like a reliable hunch. Now. The plan is, we watch Lady Mallister, and we watch who else might be watching her, while not being watched by Catherine or her guards or Grimm."
He thought for a moment. "We should go in shifts. Work like this is taxing."

"Sounds fine to me, but what if he does strike? I dont know the mans skills. One of us alone may not be able to take him." He replies

Jory frowned. "I don't know. Both of us are primarily long-range combatants. Perhaps we should go together instead. Our objective would be then to spot Grimm before he makes his move, rather than guarding Lady Mallister from dusk til dawn. We could follow her during the day, and sleep during the night, rather than doing shifts."

" That should work. Lady Catherine hopefully wont be wandering unguarded at night anyway." Lars says, "The only thing left is trying to get her to be out in the open, vulnerable for an attack, or should we just wait around Mason Keep for her to eventually go out on her own?"

"Waiting for an attack will be too late. I suggest we find Grimm before then. He's likely going to be following her, just like we are."

"Then that is what we will do. Tomorrow at dawn we start to track her? I only hope he doesnt make his move during the archery contest, since we will both be occupied." Lars responds.

"Right. I'll meet you at the Northern Camp tomorrow at dawn."
He left.
