When they're packed they disembark. Hanna starts wading to the other ship. As Emma follows her, Leona notices fins in the distance. The tide is in and with it the sharks. Haste is imperative.

Leona hurried onto the other ship, carrying as much of their few possessions as she could.

They board rapidly, and the crew helps pull them up. "Stuff goes in the hold," a woman said. "Settle in and let's try getting to sea." Ephrym and the girls start moving stuff.
Leona notices the sails are storm sails, usually only used in emergencies.

She counts about fifteen people she doesn't know, otherwise it seems they're a fairly eclectic bunch, probably former slaves and slavers and anyone else just trying to escape for somewhere better. She also notes (+1 observation) that the hull doesn't look entirely sound, although it has no leaks as yet.

The man looked at the seven women on board. "You find a cabin sleeps seven you're welcome to it," he said. "There ain't one though. The captain's cabin won't fit half of ya." Leona feels a few drops on her face. This looks like a sprinkle instead of a storm.

"You're welcome to look," he said, sounding annoyed. "This isn't some galleon like a Redwyne would sail. This here was probably a fishing boat turned to a corsair by poor folk," he continued. "We got places to sleep and we should all be thankful for it."

"Birth isn't gentle no matter who is giving it," Marren said, "Nor is breeding. Help me get this ship moving, please," he asked. "We're the only real sailors here."

"I'll be glad to help," she said. "I want to be away from here. Where are we heading?"

"North and then east," Marren said. "We're going to a place I'd rather avoid but we need a better ship. The only place to get one is Gorgossos."

"Gods be good," she whispered. She knew little of the place and non e of it good. "And where after that?"

"I imagine you wish to go to Westeros?" He asked. "Or I suppose we can keep going east if you wish to take a tour," he said, a somewhat sardonic edge to his voice.
