"And I'll tell you more then. I'd not really want to repeat it too many times, it is a long story," she laughed softly and leant down to stroke the direwolf Pup. "He needs a name..."

As they are talking the rest of the scouts begin gathering. Kal and his men ride up. He dismounts and looks about. "Winter fell is that way, my love," he said. "Lord Crowl here said we needed to teach you better map reading," he grins and scoops her into the air.

Robyn turned as se heard him speak and wrapped her arms around him, embracing him hard as he lifted her and burying her face in his neck. "I was so worried about you, Kal, I love you so much" she said, squeezing him hard, "I had no idea if any of you lived or died." She pulled back and grinned, still in the air in his arms.
"Well, I thought about going south, but then all the fun seemed to be happening up here... you know I'd hate to miss the party." winterfell was a ruin now anyway.

"You should name him Drak." Crowl states. "Would be a good name for a wolf."

Robyn looked round at him, still in Kalvin's arms... "Yeah... maybe..."

"A wolf?" Kal said, then he noticed the pup. "Ferocious beast there. No wonder you survived," he said. "Crowl get the drinks. We have a few then we head back to the army. Now that we have what we came for," he kissed her once again, "it's time to lay these Others to rest."

"he's just a puppy. You were small once too... I might have found it hard to carry the mother here to impress you,"
She kissed him back deeply, "I can't wait. Hopefully once and for all." She agreed, "I have a spare dagger, if anyone here needs one."

"Two is better than one," he said. "Ben will be happy to see you," he grinned. "Let's end this and get back to what's important."

She grinned back at him and stepped close to him again, "And what could that possibly be?"

He whispers something in her ear, then pulls his head back and adds. "And making Winterfell strong again!" He holds her hand. "Are you good to ride? Nightfall is only two or three hours away. Fortunately...nights are long," he winked.

"I am fine to ride" She said, smiling a bit at the connotation and held his hand back, "Though I may have to share your horse, it will be nice to not have to walk..."
She picked up the puppy and held it close to her, "Isn't he sweet?" she asked, holding him out so he could see him, "you should have seen the mother... she was... beyond belief."

Crowl gets out his flask and chugs deep. "Way ahead of you Lord Stark." He says passing it along, after returning from staring at a couple leaves so they could greet each other in semi-privacy.

"That big?" he asked. "I've heard they're gigantic." He helps her onto his horse and mounts up. "Are you all right, Robyn? Where did you go?" He lets the Crowl ride close so she doesn't have to repeat the story.

"Me? I am fine now... I was practically dead a few weeks ago though," she said deadpan, the experiences still clearly affecting her, "after you left, I went with Julia and another beyond the wall, oriax and... This dark God has a plan to melt the wall to let the others through, there were only some of us who could stop it... So I went, couldn't let them through, so I had to try." She paused thinking back, "we got to this boiling pool of blood and sap, I killed a white walker... There were two and then I jumped into the pool."
She shivered, "I managed to redirect the energy upward, so the heat of it did not melt the wall, but it's devastated beyond the wall, hardhome is on an island now. I was pretty much dead, but someone found me, took me to a healer, the saved me, fixed me up, but the group they belonged to seemed to think I had information, they made me think I was out of my mind, first that I was in Dorne, at starfall, then on sothoryos, at a house for the mad... They were going to torture me, but I broke out the illusion, then the person who saved me helped me free and tried to get me back to you." She smiled over her shoulder at Kal and leant against him.
"After that we were caught in a blizzard, neArly froze to death in a cave, we were taken in my wildlings, who wanted to make me marry one of them, we killed them, I found the pup, and then we moved in to here... My companion didn't make it. Died a few hours before I found you... And now here we are."

Kalvin's grip tightens on her a she speaks. "What group?" he asked, clearly...all Kalvin-y. "Sorry to hear about your companion, wish I could have rewarded him. "We had a...time of our own," he admitted. "We faced down with the sorcerer and it...didn't go as well as we could have hoped. Are the wildlings all gone or should we be wary of them?"
They canter across the wilderness, over hills and through forests. "Crowl! Take the vanguard! Let Benjen know what's going on!" he called out.
