Morgan rolled her eyes. "You are aggravating, you know. And I'm still not going to tell you. Look. you need time to gather [your men and the money first, anyway, so that gives me time to speak to my friend and bring him to meet you."

"Never been told that in my life." Allard followed Tim indoors, but not before adding,"I'm not sure if you know how many five is, but gathering isn't really needed for so few. They are already here at the inn."

///////////// the next day, Tim takes to the streets. He has Gold and axe ready, and of mind to use either. He has the 35 men on loan to stay close to the tavern and trickle into the place over the slow hours of the afternoon. Bring a few girls in and the place should be hopping. When the time is right he'll proceed to the meeting place.

As he approahces, he sees the small man surrounded by children, handing out little red sticks. "Candy for all!" he cries out.

Tim almost balks at the sight, but presses onward until the man can see him. He'll stand to the side and wait. This was a new twist it seemed.

Allard arrives before Tim leaves for the meet, his men already having drinks at a table, unadorned by the colors of House Tyrell. He takes a seat at the bar and orders a drink. His men wait a moment until after Tim leaves before following him at a distant and milling about out of earshot. The Tyrell heir waits at the bar, sipping his drink.

The kids seem to be eating the little red packets like candy. It is...disturbing, particularly when some start lighting little fires or speaking in the voices of demons and dragons and hags.

The kids seem to be eating the little red packets like candy. It is...disturbing, particularly when some start lighting little fires or speaking in the voices of demons and dragons and hags. Tim approaches him and eyes the children before speaking to the man "This seems quite... brazen for the trade you seemed to be in." He looks around warily. What's the public's reaction to this? Has it really become a norm now?

The man chuckles. "The guards are distracted currently. It's a fun way to drum up business. And," he smiles as the children disperse. "In a while the parents have to pay up. Unless they want dead kids."

Tim watches the children scurry away "Normally, that'd be a major... liability to those who know what they're getting into. It's a dependence drug then. You don't supply, they die. Hell of a way to keep business going."

Allard leaves the Yellow Shield and heads towards his men, but stops short and does his best to blend in, waiting for anything to go awry.

"The most efficient business ever," he agreed. "Have some, I call them the friendmaker."

Tim takes some, examines them, and puts them in a pouch "Why not. Is the deal ready to go on your end? I have the gold."

The small man points to a barrel. It is perhaps a foot and a half high and a foot aorund. "Enjoy."

Tim glances at it then looks around "and what if your superiors? You mentioned I might meet one of them."
