Myles follows his captain through the door way without saying a word. His beloved ax in his hands.

Bartrand looked into the dark, where the whispers of a voice beckoning him to enter echoed out to him. He looked around as his company decided to enter the only now open door, "Shouldn't we wait? See if the door might seal behind us, or find out why blood worked?" The threat of no pay, however, is enough to incentivize the group to move forward.
"Study the higher mysteries, they said. Stay in the dark with the glass candle, they said. It'll be enough to prepare you..." Bartrand muttered in westerosi, his own command of the language colored with the valyrian accent after speaking it so long. One of the perks of coming from the west, knowing a language few others bothered to study.
Bartrand pulled out his dagger, holding it in a reverse grip as he walked with the others, checking his politcues and bottles in his bag to make sure he had what he'd need to help treat any wounds. As he walked towards the door, he took one last glance at the area around him, with light of the sky above, before he would descend into the dark passage below.
((OOC: Bartrand has Higher Mysteries, so he can hear the voices. XD))
