Korben stood up from his position as he rubbed the blood off of the Volantis Coins he'd "acquired" from the battle, giving one of the crown and skull coins a flip before catching it in his hand. He pocketed it as he looked to Vikary curiously.
"Don't Know...suppose there's a first for everything..." Korben said as he turned his attention back towards the dead body, Vernon Fowler, now with his head resting upon his chest, his arms crossed over him as korben had cleared the area a bit. "Think the fowlers'll want his body soon? I doubt we'd make it to Skyreach to give it to them..."

Lyonel grinned in response.
"Maybe Nightsong. The Fowlers have done well for themselves. Skyreach, Kingsgrave and Nightsong. We could deal them a blow if we take Kingsgrave to keep the Pass open for our troops.
His grin faded. "However if we do, then we become a stationary target. My thought was to take the castle and send a message to King Brynden asking him to send troops to garrison it. We garrison it with a small force in the meantime, but the rest of us move south into Dorne. Either way we've disrupted Skyreachs communications with the North. We can stop any caravans Fowler sends north to Nightsong."
He pointed towards the castle. "It's largely defenceless now, but could be used as a base for moving North and south either for us or for them. I say we take it and put it beyond doubt."

Korben rested his axe against his shoulder casually as he looked to Kingsgraves castle, now in their firm hold. "What do you say, a couple hundred stay here? Maybe less?" Korben suggested to Lyonel with a smirk, "At least until the king sends some men to hold it. Meanwhile, we head on down to skyreach and clear out some volantis trash."

Lyonel nodded.
"Send scouts south along the pass and into the hills east and west. I'll send a raven and a messenger north to the King. We"ll prepare to do just that, while we wait for the scouts' return.".
His face broke into a grin. "We wouldn't want any nasty surprises now would we?
He beckoned to one if his men. "I better meet with the young Ser, Lord Manwoody. Please have him escorted here."

The sctous report Skyreach and the entire southern exit to the pass is filling up with men. Thousands and thousands of them.
