Morgan gets wine and chicken. "Well, then," Olyvar says. "Fuck the Citadel,' he says.

"Yes. Stranger take them all. May their eyes grow dim and their limbs and manhoods wither," she murmured. There was rare venom in her voice. "Gods help me, if I could, I'd gladly flog the men who put me on trial. Perhaps one day I'll have my chance." Her expression was grim. "I will commit myself to the quest for vengeance. The Citadel must and shall be reformed and purged of the bastards who think themselves gods on earth."

"Now that's the spirit!" he agrees happily. He eats and drinks plenty. "I'm going to stretch my legs, then back on the road."

"Alright." She glanced around the room, curious about the people who were present, wondering whether anyone was likely to be a threat to them. She stood, trying to seem as if she had not a care in the world.
"I'll wait in the carriage if you want to wander for a moment."

"All right then," he said. He walks off. Morgan and their carriage driver are alone.

Morgan sat in the carriage and used the cloth she'd previously used for bathing to clean the sword she'd taken from the guard at the Citadel while she waited for Olyvar to return.

He comes back an hour or so later, with another box of stuff. He tucks it under the seat. "We're off then." the carriage moves on. "To Highgarden it is!"

"To Highgarden?" She asked. "Why there? Are you going to ask the Tyrells to turn against the Citadel?"

"No, it's just a convenient spot to cross the Mander," he said. "Unless swimming sounds fun."

"Oh no. She shuddered. "i thought you meant you wanted to actually visit Highgarden. Truth be told, I'll be happier when we've left the Reach. I feel a little more like myself, though, so thank you for the clothes. That shift was truly horrid. I got some flea bites in the cell too."

"Fleas, yuck," he said. "Visit? You don't seriously think we're on a tourist trip, do you?"

"of course not," she replied. "I just...it seemed odd, that's all. It doesn't matter. I'm in your hands here. I know I'd not do very well if I had to make this journey by myself. I just wish I could be more help."

"Well, unless you grow two legs and you like bits," he said, "I'd say we're doing fine. Know any stories? Dreadful boring here."

"I know Florian and Jonquil," she said. "Or the Dance of Dragons...or Lann the Clever. Perhaps one day I can write a book about my adventures, once we know how the story ends, of course."

"Any of them will do." Olyvar looks out the carriage window. "Going to be a long ride, after all. And it's just starting."
