Alanna use her knees to command the horse, and set off in the direction of the village, holding the girl close to her, not looking at her, but alert for signs of distress.

Borros' blood froze at the mention of Frances Dayne, knowing the lad and his father only by reputation, though that was already far too familiar for his tastes.
"Lady Uller must be alerted and the levies raised immediately!" he exclaimed. "Can you walk?"

"Aye, I'll need a moment," The man replied, washing his face in cool water before slowly rising. "The name's Alyn and the girl is Ser Tristifer of White Dunes' daughter."
A haunted look passed across his face. "I'll tell you all that happened but can we get out of the sun?" It is evident that the man is badly sunburned and the wound on his leg looks to be infected.

"You did well to get her this far, Alyn." Borros said, offering the man his aid in walking back to the hall. "We'll see the girl cared for and placed in Lady Uller's care when she is able. Of that you have my word as a knight."
"Ser Tristifer is fallen then?" he inquired, fearing he already knew the answer. The two had fought side by side at Blackhaven and he would hate to see him survive that only to be slain by such a traitorous wretch as Dayne.

/////////////////
After a month long voyage around the southern trade routes, Roly came rowing his small boat down the river. His hoppers already gathering around his normal docking point. The Knight of Brimstone may not ever give him trouble being in town but old habits die hard and he would never be seen with his goods in town, even if all the merchants know where the discounted good come from. The young teenagers of Brimstone must have been waiting all morning, Roly was much later than he wanted to be. The winds just weren't in his favor. Roly already has his remaining good separated for each of the traders in town that will work with him. He gives each kid a few copper pennies to deliver the crates or bags. He remembers when he did their jobs and likes to make it a bit easier on them. He keeps a small pouch to himself. The valuable products he wont even trust his best hopper with. "Hurry into town. I hope no one has closed up yet. I had a slow journey in." Roly says.

Standing to the side of the Hoppers waiting for the man to finish with his usual business Garlan watches as the man rows into the dock. His bow is strung over his back and his quiver is full of arrows at his side.

Once the hoppers leave Roly makes his way to Garlan. "Good to see you again." Roly says with a smile, as he takes out the small pouch. "Got some fine herbs here for you." Roly says the last part quietly. There shouldn't be anyone around but Roly saw his mentor captured when he got too relaxed and he didnt want to make the same mistake.

Garlan takes the pouch and peeks inside of it shaking the contents a bit. "These will do quite nicely indeed. The usual then?" Garlan asks fishing out a few coins from a pouch on his hip.

"Aye, the usual." Roly says greedily as he looks at Garlan's pouch. "I could get a bigger supply next time, if you're interested. found a good shipper out of Oldtown." Roly thinks for a moment and gives a greedy grin. "I'd need some coin upfront though, not now, just before i set out next."

Garlan nods, "We'll see, I'd give you half of what you need you'd get the rest on delivery of the goods." Garlan wasn't afraid of the man trying to take his money, he knew with just a prick of his arrow the man would bleed out eventually, despite whatever maester he went to.

Roly's greedy smile grew wider, the bigger the shipment the bigger the profit for him. "It's always a pleasure doing business with you." Roly replied. "Half works for me. I'll be in contact with you before I set out again." With the sun glaring down on him, Roly could feel his skin buring. "I must be off to the tavern now, replenish my sweat with some ale." Despite his many years in this town, the Kinglander has still never adjusted to the blaring sun of the desert.

"I shall join you. I think." Garlan states, "An ale or a nice chilled wine after a business deal is always proper."

"Ahh a good drink is always a wise choice." Roly replies. "I will be strolling around the center first make sure the merchants good their goods" Roly smiled and nodded to Garlan before making his way to the village center.
