Where Owen Miller is supposedly staying.

Ser Jaymes Lannister, in his light armor, arrived late that night, wanting the tavern to be as empty as possible for the following. Accompanied by four of his household guards and a rather grumpy-looking Desmond Marbrand, Jaymes turned to speak to his guards while Des entered the alehouse.
"I want two of you at this door and two at the back exit," Jaymes told them. "Keep your eyes and ears open, no one gets in or out before you make sure it isn't Miller. And if you see him, catch him. If you can't catch him, kill him."
Desmond walked towards the bar very slowly, studying all the people in the room to see if any of them fit Miller's description.

No one at the bar does, but the second floor is where the rooms are. The bartender asks the man if he wants a good Lion's Gold ale.

Ser Jaymes joined them at the counter. "Not today," he replied for Desmond, assuming the bartender would know his face. "Is this the only way down?" he asked, nodding at the stairs.

"Well, there's windows and a balcony, but this is the only staircase, ser." The bartender doesn't know his face; Lannisport is enormous, and there are at least three hundred Lannister wannabes running around it.

"Very well," said Jaymes and went up the stairs. Once he was out of the view, he drew his sword and looked around.
Des dropped a small pouch on the counter. "Owen Miller's room?" he asked, tapping his fingers on the bar counter.

"Upstairs, third on the left." He shakes his head. "You lot aren't the first to try him, though..."

Jaymes sees an empty hallway, filled with doors. There's a window at the far end, but not directly behind him, where there is just wall.

"You don't say," said Des. He turned, drew his dagger and followed Jaymes upstairs.
"Third door left," he told the Lannister and turned, noticing the window. "He might not even be here."
"We'll see," said Jaymes, approaching the door. Desmond placed himself between the door and the window at the far end, in case he should make a run for it.
Jaymes raised his sword and pushed the door with his other hand.

It's latched, so it doesn't open.

Jaymes jammed his blade into the gap between the door and its frame, attempting to open it by force.

The door pops open on the second attempt. They hear nothing from inside the room.

Jaymes stepped in carefully, his ears pricked for any sound of movement. With his sword ready, he checked behind the door.
Des approached the room, stopping in the doorway.

The room seems empty, only one closet door and behind the bed not visible. An open window is in the back.

Jaymes rushes to the window to see if Miller had jumped out or something.
Desmond checks the other side of the bed and the closet.

He sees a man sprinting down the street. In the closet are a few clothes and a black mask, along with a few rags and a tipped over bottle of poppy's milk.
