The harbor has a ton of ships in it, surprisingly. The galleon is still fairly out of place, with no flag of origin.

Jory stepped up to Oriax. "You don't have to tell us everything about what you're doing, but a little context would be nice. What is Lord Dayne doing that you need to convince him so? And if this is a diplomatic engagement, than why did you bring so many sellswords?" The Eagle's eyes demanded answers.

"If it were anything but diplomatic, he'd have brought a lot more swords," Nyles drawled. "Looks like the dockmaster has taken an interest in us." A Dornishman with a dozen men approaches the docked ship.
"Dark Dawn, permission to board."

"I hired the extra swords because I expected to trek here from Sunspear. Starfall's building of a port was not known to Asshai." Oriax said, growing annoyed by the world's most curious sellsword. "Now observe how well Nyles excels at keeping his curiousities to himself. A hired blade should be seen, not heard."
Oriax turns his attention to the dockmaster. He had nothing to hide on the ship, the evidence of the whore's mistreatment havign been dealt with before docking. He stayed silent, allowing the captain to govern his own ship.

Uhtred looked to Oriax, and took the man's silence as acceptance. He raised his voice "Granted. I'm Uhtred, captain of the ship. How can I help you?"

"Merrick o'Starfall, just inspectin' such a fine warship; not often a strange galleon docks, after all, and I'm responsible fer making sure it's no threat." He tips a hat. "What brings you to Dorne?"

Uhtred smiled at the compliment "Just moving some passengers along, they wanted a bit of extra security and payed well, so I was willing to go without a load. How's trade this season for you?"

"Hm. Trade is trade," he says absently. His men conduct a quick inspection of it and report to him, and he shrugs. "Lord Bryce was never on big on it, though."

"No, I imagine he had other preoccupations." Oriax replied deadpan. "Could you send a runner up to inform your master that a representative of Asshai has arrived seeking an audience? It has been a long journey here."

"Of course, my...lord." He nods. "Please follow me, then, and I'll ensure you get your meeting."

"This should be interesting," Amelia said to Oriax, dressed in a suitably revealing orange and red dress, large earrings the shape of spiders dangling from her lobes.

"See that you are on your best behavior." he said with a critical yet amused glance at her choice of apparel. At least in Dorne ahe would not be out of place, though he could not say the same. He turned his eyes to the others to show the same instruction went for them as well.
"Lead the way then." he told the harbor master.

"Perhaps this time I won't be the only person who is recognized," Amelia said chirpily, following behind Oriax.

"Doubtful." Oriax replied, begrudgingly ignoring the intended barb. "Hard to recognize a man that had always worn a mask. If my reputation proceeds me here, it will be most telling of Lord Dayne."
