The road to Storm's End from Blackhaven is rough and rocky, but not so much so that horses cannot travel it.

Jory jogged along at a brisk pace. Luckily for him, the road was rough enough that he didn't have to sprint. The guards were talking and laughing amongst themselves, so Jory would make a small move to loosen his bonds, almost unnoticeable from all the jolts that were already happening.

-20, your wounds aren't healing while doing all this.
40 + 57= 97
Jory has a much harder time than he'd thought; exhaustion and blood loss are combining to make his movements dulled and his mind tired. Waiting until they stop to eat is a more likely decision.

When the knights looked like they were going to stop to eat, Jory breathed hard, as though he was fatigued. A little while after they slowed down and got down to eat off to the side, he staggered behind a horse, so he could be concealed for a moment, and tried to loosen his bonds a second time.

Jory is in fact quite fatigued.
40 + 77=117
He manages to loosen the bonds to the point he can move a bit, but they aren't off yet.

Jory made sure to keep the facade that his bonds were tight, to make sure nobody noticed. When they started off down the road again, he began to think of a plan.

By the evening, the castle of Grandview is in sight.

Jory waited, to see where they would tie him up or leave him for the night, complying with what they said.

After a meet, the knights decide the smart thing to do is to make for Grandview and leave him in the dungeon there, that they may drink cold ale and eat hot food and pay for decent-looking company for the night.

Jory sat in the dungeon, waiting for night to fall so that he could make his escape.

Jory took a deep breath, trying to calm his beating heart and relax his muscles. He would need them for this. He banged on his cell door, calling out the gaoler's name. "Garn! Turnkey! GARN!" He banged on his cell door some more, than hid himself beside the door, to ambush the jailer the moment he entered the room. He would attempt to make a swift and silent chokehold, trying to pin his target and knock him out.
Use Unarmed Combat 90 (Normal 70, than +20 because it's a melee attack from concealment for Jory's special ability)

After seriously pissing the jailer off, he opens the door to beat the hell out of the nuisance, and a short struggle ends with Jory choking him out. He know the only two real ways out of the castle are through the main gate, or possibly over the walls.

Jory quickly searched the Jailor's Room and establishment for anything he might use, whether it be ropes to go over the walls, clothes for a simple disguise, or an actual weapon.

He finds a club that is heavier than he prefers to wield, and a typical tunic. Being a jailer's office, it is deliberately spartan in the event of just such and occurrence.
