A sleek, fast, ultra modern ship built for speed and comfort. Used by the highest members of House Redwyne for travel, usually to Oldtown. It has two decks and three masts, but is aerodynamic and nearly black from the wood of its construction.

The vessels leaves the waters near the Arbor and begins its journey to Oldtown, moving swiftly, like a sword through the ocean. The crew is experienced and Leona and her family travel in utter comfort. The captain invites the Lady on deck. "Leona," he said, his craggy face smiling at the girl\ he's known since birth, "Would you like to take the wheel±§"

She immediately returned the smile. "Gladly, captain. I always feel content when I'm at the wheel of a good ship."

This is no simply 'good' ship as Leona knows. The graceful cutter slices through the smooth waters as the lady opens the sails for maximum speed. Nearly thirty miles an hour can be made by the cruiser and the crew lets out a cry of excitement as they allow the ship to go at its maximum speed. Alysse grins next to her sister. "This is what life is all about," she declared. "The salty wind and the promise of a better tomorrow."

Lena's eyes sparkled with the sheer joy of controlling the ship. "It's wonderful, truly. You know, I think I might try to find a husband who loves the sea as much as I do. It would be dreadfully dull to spend all my life on the land. Out here, there's a sense of freedom from the world."

"You could go to Tyrosh," Alysse jested. "I bet that king of theirs would love marrying a Redwyne girl. I heard he was handsome from some ladies who stopped by a month ago...he IS half Targaryen, after all," she teased. "You could reave with him, even."

Leona shuddered. "Ugh! I think not! Reaving is wicked cruel and against the laws of Westeros. Everyone knows that! Besides, I want to marry a lord of the Seven Kingdoms. I am determined upon it. A wealthy one, with access to both ships and wide lands for riding. And what about you, Alysse? What sort of husband shall you get?"

"One who is more handsome than yours," she vowed with a grin. "But I am sure your husband shall be as gracious in defeat as mine is in victory at the field," she looked to sea, "maybe a prince. They don't need me to bring them land anyway, just our brother's fleet."

"Yes. The fleet is likely our greatest advantage," Leona answered. "Few families can boast a fleet as big as ours. Jakob thinks it means we#ll have the pick of any man we want. But don't forget, we have to make sure our husbands are of the highest rank." She considered her sister a moment. "Perhaps you would suit a prince."

"Perhaps? Do you think you suit one?" she asked. "If so, I surely do as well." She frowned. "Highest rank...hehe. I wonder if that second prince or if Lord Hightower counts as higher ranking?" she mused. "We could rule Oldtown."

"Oldtown sounds very nice," Leona agreed. "I shall be sure to captivate Lady Hightower's son if I can. But I think our dear Jakob would prefer it if we married men who can offer independent alliances from one another. For myself, the man does not need to be a prince, but he must certainly be a lord or an heir."

"Well, of course," Alysse said, as though her sister were being simple. "We are the third family of the Goldlands. If we had six sisters they'd all marry heirs," she concluded, quite sure of herself. "There aren't too many lords on the coast though, at least not with much land besides. Unless you look outside the kingdom I guess."

"You may look outside of Westeros if you wish. But I've got my heart set on Westeros. But let's not worry too much until we actually meet some suitable men."

Alysse smiled. "Very well," she said happily. "Let mr take the wheel when you tire out," she said. "I haven't ever gotten to steer a ship half this nice. I'll spend my whole dowry building one if I live near the water."

Laughing, Leona said "Your husband might not like that. He will probably want to spend some of the money himself. You'll have to charm the funds out of him."
