The man nods acknowledgment. "Of course, Your Grace. She will be most pleased that her contributions go recognized." His chocolate colored face smiled, showing perfect teeth. "Her Grace congratulates you further, on your new addition to this great kingdom you have built. Many miles have you come and many cities have you broken already," he said. "The Queen wonders if perhaps the Ironborn have the desire for a mission of great risk and much, much greater reward."

[Kurts]

"I must give Her Grace credit." he grinned, steepling his fingers. "She certainly knows how to pique my interest. What would this mission be?"

The Summer Islander holds up a piece of steel half melted by some infernal flame. It has a green dragon on it. "Your sorceress melted Frances Dayne's armory," he said. "Including most of the weapons and armor. Her Grace thought you may find the origin of these particular pieces...disconcerting," he said. "The weapons were unmarked. We found the crates they were shipped in, or what remained after the hellfire."

"And what would their origin be?" Killion inquired, noting the green dragon but awaiting the answer all the same. "I fail to see how ascertaining a dead man's weapon suppliers leads to a chance for great reward."

"Sothoryos," the man said. "Rhaegar's Cove." He continued on. "King Sirius funded Prince Frances's war against you for four years, bleeding your coffers and men dry." He smiled. "And he has been conquering islands too."

The king called Trajys down from his advisory spot on the dais to inspect the piece of steel and the green dragon upon it, checking if it was the genuine article or some forgery.

"Forgive me, but considering the basic tenets of your order, it seems awfully convenient to find a reason to send others to war with the dragons. One cannot be too careful." Killion explained, as the necessary tests were performed. "What reason would he have to funding a war against his own brother by marriage? And which islands has he taken?"

"Sirius hates Vhagus," the ambassador said. "And his madness grows daily. His own brother Aenys plots a coup as we speak, I am sure." He starts listing off nearly every coastal Sothoryos island, and ends with the Isle of Cedars.

Trajys cannot confirm it's from Meereen, but the metal was certainly damaged in a fire much hotter than any forge. If he had a normal one to compare it to it would help a lot.

"Do you mind if we hold onto this?" Killion inquired as Trajys approached the dais and whispered his findings. He nodded along as each island was listed. "And what are Aenys' feelings on Vhagus?"

"We aren't friends with either of them," the man admitted with a smile, "but they can hardly be worse. Keep it, and any others you'd like; we've no use for them," he said. "Save one for the North and Dorne, to show the Targaryens' feelings towards their Westerosi cousins."

"I will be certain the other monarchs are made well aware of these actions." he assured him, considering the implications. "How are your own holding on the dark continent faring?"

"Not so dark for us," he jested. "Least, not so dark as me." A murmur of chuckles go through the crowd. "Her Grace is rather pleased with what we have found, and many have been joining us. These wars are like honey to a bear, for our numbers," he said. "The frontier is a wonderful place. I am sure a true warrior-reaver such as yourself understands the importance of freedom."

"Aye, though I am sure the resources of the continent has been driving them to your ranks as well." Killion remarked. "Freedom and riches are fine bedfellows to have."

"The perfect," he said, "in love and war," he joked again. "But, yes, our mines and the like do draw many. Have you ever seen a kraken, my king? A mated pair has taken up residence in the very heart of Slayer's Bay. Caused all manner of ruckus. Many called it a bad omen, but Queen Janelle says that it is evidence of how close our kingdoms are."

"A kraken? In the flesh?" he asked in amazement, clearly answering the question as to whether or not he had seen one himself. "I am pleased Her Grace shares my respect, two peoples grown hard from hard lands. Though, the sight of two stags mating may have been more appropriate, given the Order's ties with the Kinglands of late."

"Our more permanent presence in the Stormlands is vision enough," he said. "Friends in politics are a tenuous grasp, I am sure you know. But, yes, two of them. Bigger than the sand wyrm I heard so many tales of," he said. "Bigger, maybe, than some dragons."
