In Westeros:
King Aaron Baratheon (27): The battle-tested king's alliance with the powerful armies of the Order have made the Kingsland a place where recovery is progressing steadily, though King's Landing itself is years from recovering from the ravages of Bryce Dayne. With Cedric Dayne leading his combined army, the Stormlands has formed a massive heavy cavalry army, the largest, perhaps, in the world.
Janelle Reed (30): The Queen of the Order, Janelle's influence spreads from the halls of the Red Keep to the shores of Sothoryos. Her resources with the Kingsland's infrastructure has made a powerful alliance.
Arthur Martell (26): The devious and insightful Prince of Dorne. Compensating for their losses in the last eight years, the various lords have been funneling more resources into unconventional warfare, their silent knives feared by their enemies.
Outside Westeros:
Questys Gevenna, High Triarch of Volantis (58): Senior of the leaders of Volantis, Questys commands vast fleets and armies, and his highly successful advance against the Qohorik and Norvosi armies to the north expands his power farther and farther past his city-state's traditional boundaries.
Niccolo Orlys, Marshal of Volantis (39): A successful general and warrior, Niccolo's battlefield tactics have led to the success of his home's victories. He possesses the largest army west of the Jade Empire, and uses it wisely.
Callen Satarys (Nick Snow) (34): The Pentoshi-Northern scion returned to his home city for the civil war, and in its aftermath he's reclaimed the majority of his family's old estates to the far east and north of the city, near its border with Braavos and bounded by the mountains of the Axe, home to the remaining Andals.
Frances Dayne (36): Ruler of Myr, the most notorious criminal in the known world, but powerful and cunning. His wife's connections to the nobility of Volantis, and his own dark alliance with New Ghis, have made him supremely confident. His armies are well-trained and brutal, and fear of their approach causes the mercenary armies of Essos to simply melt away before their arrival.
Denys Targaryen (40): The wealthiest man on the planet, and three years ago his wealth and ambition peaked when he orchestrated the death of Sealord Faol. Securing sovereignty over Braavos took vast quantities of gold and intrigue, but Denys navigated the trials with little apparent issue and, some say, the assistance of his estranged cousin. Why Vhagus would assist the man who has sought his end for near a decade remains a mystery.
Vhagus Targaryen (42): The self styled Emperor of Valyria, Vhagus has been seen little in recent years, his most fanatical troops busy unearthing the old peninsula of the Freehold, searching for something only he seems ware of. While parts of his empire crumble away at the edges, the emperor and his flight of dragons still are seen enough to keep the important coastal cities and their connecting hinterlands under his firm grip.
