These outlaws are famed over the kingdom for their acts of cruelty, depravity, and occasionally humor.
One Skull
Benton the Red Cheek: A Valeman, sought through the eastern kingdoms for his acts of lewdness around noble ladies. Acquired his nickname from a caning inflicted upon him by an irate septa who caught him trying to peek into a keyhole to spy on the Lady Tasha Rykker.
Two Skulls
Three Skulls
Reward
150 Gold from Dorne
Long Dick Massey (Felix)
Dickon Massey is the current Lord Massey's brother and earned his ire when he ran away with the lords' wife, who happened to be a Bar Emmon. All over Massey Hook the search parties went out though Dickon could not be found. For a long time there was no trace of the man until finally young Ser Nyles Rosby and his men tracked the man down to a cave near the Wendwater. Dickon slew Rosby and a knight of house Rykker in a duel and managed to escape, though Lord Massey's wife was recaptured. The current whereabouts of Long Dick are unknown but he is believed to still be in the Kingsland.
Reward
125 Gold from the Kingsland
The Axeman (Felix)
Tales of the axeman have always been told to boys and girls in King's Landing, but they became a bitter reality two years ago, when children started being found savagely slaughtered in their beds. At first the victims were only found in Flea Bottom, but recently the children of traders and minor nobles have been found dead as well. The murderer has to this date not been seen, though he leaves a small, carved wooden axe by the side of every victim's head.
Reward
100 Gold from the Kingsland
100 Gold from various minor nobles
Five Skulls
Happy Henri the Bard: A silly skald, the alliteration enthusiast known as Happy Henri is charming, and is wanted not for killing but for seducing no fewer than four noblewomen, fathering two bastard children, and in general being a huge nuisance.
Garrett the Green: In the vacuum of war created by the year long conflict, a young dispossessed nobleman named Garrett Greenthorn has taken to robbing supply trains from every army between Goldengrove and Riverrun, creating many enemies everywhere. His charm and generosity ensure he has the love of the eople, many of whom clamor for him to begin a general peasant revolt.

Ser Ilyn Lordsbane
A man from the far south of Dorne, Ilyn is a former knight, now on the run for slaying Lord Willem Qorgyle for the execution of his brother. He is well armed, and frequently poses as a tourney knight. His current whereabouts are unknown; some have speculated he's traveled to the Free Cities. As of last sighting, he has been assembling a proper gang of outlaws in the wild lands of the Marches.
Ciaran the Numb: A wildling rogue, he and his cannibals have been assailing the forests around Deepwood Motte, extending their savagery to Sea Dragon Point and even the Rills if times get too dicey for them to stay so far north. By far the strongest of the outlaw wildlings remaining.
Jonas Rivers: Jonas is a former guard for House Waynwood, but was booted out after consorting with criminals in the region. He fled back to his native Riverlands and has been preaching the word of the Red God Rh'lorr to any who will listen. Any who won't can meet the fires of his wrath.
Nine Skulls
The Pirate King: A strange man with a tiny fleet. Believed to be a renegade Ironborn who has went out on his own and struck rich when he convinced the crews of a half dozen ships in Pentos to join him on his pillaging quest. In truth, he is little different from an upjumped raider, save for his lack of official government support.
The Cat: Westeros's finest thief, no one much knows of the legendary cat burglar. He has finally made the wanted list after stealing Princess Meera Martell's entire stash of jewelry from her room. While she slept in it.
Ten Skulls
Malryas Bolton: Needs no introduction. The King has returned.
