Maekar snorts as Dud runs off, he looks up the hill at the other's continuing to fight, and starts sprinting towards the action. He flipped his spear in his hand and raised it over his shoulder, fully intending to throw it through Oriax.

Nick: 129 Maekar: 155 Oriax: 111 (-60)
Nick swings his sword into the wall of force and it almost shakes out of his hand as it penetrates the barrier, slicing Oriax's side. That proves a helpful setup to Maekar's throw, which takes off half the Oriax's left hand, two fingers uselessly flying off. The sorcerer gasps in unaccustomed pain and pops a long-held bottle of weirwood sap, then hums a word of power and blasts the northman backwards. The sword vibrates and a screaming metal sound squeals as it overloads and flames and ice and all sorts of ill shit start to spout from it. It looks like it could be every fucking spell ever cast into it is about to come back into the world.

Ilvar positions himself behind a tree, and reattempts to posses Oriax once more.

Maekar almost stops sprinting in surprise, but tries to put on a last burst of speed, and tackle Oriax. He had come here, fully convinced he was going to die, so lack of a weapon wasn't going to stop him from attacking the bastard.

Dud isn't sure if Tyrell is a badass or just crazy, but good luck to him. During his retreat, Dud does look for Ella. He won't be leaving without her.

Maekar rolled with the blast of magic, trying to ignore the searing his flesh just took. He tries to go for his spear, not wanting to fight Oriax any longer with out it.

Nick: 77 Maekar: 89 Oriax: 127
The two are blown back down the hill, but they seem to have hurt the sorcerer enough that he can't really chase them now.

Ella finds Dud quickly enough and pulls him to the area where the others had run to.

Amelia meanwhile turned around and saw the two men being blasted off the hill. She saw Oriax with his missing hand, bleeding, looking... in pain. Even though she was wounded herself this was a moment to seize.
She stopped and thrust out her hands, firing off as large a fireball as she could manage at him.

Maekar stands up, after being thrown from his feet twice in a span of moments. He turns to run down the hill, but sees Amelia conjuring fire. He sighs inwardly, and starts to run back up the hill, intent on grabbing his spear, and giving it one last shot.

Crowl continues his assault on Oriax, he had his armor melt while he was wearing it before as he goes for Oriax.

As everyone else charges in, dud thinks of a plan. "Ella, stay behind me. I'll block you shoot." He says to his wife. He props up his shield and motions for her to follow. He plans to get within bow range. "I'll block any spells that come our way. Don't shoot until you know you have a clear shot." Dud hopes his shield and armor hold out.

Ella gives Dud a nod and places an arrow to the bow string, before getting low behind him and creeping up towards the barrow.
