Quentyn Cleftjaw and 25 corsairs VS Oren Haim and 16 corsairs
Without super accurate maps of the region Quentyn's men will have to rely on their eyes for tactics. Rolls of over 150 for raiding will let one of his ships board an enemy one. After round 2 the Myrish fleet will be alerted and reinforcements will arrive rather swiftly.

Round 1:
Quentyn: 131
The ships pursue and exchange some long range artillery, but closing is difficult in the strange waters. Quentyn can see that the crews seem more professional than expected, especially compared to the Tyroshi fleet the year prior.

Round 2:
141
The duels continue at range, and at the edge of the horizon Quentyn sees some more sails approaching. He has probably an hour before they arrive. (1 round, effectively). His ships do knock the masts of two ships down, which will make pursuing much easier.

Scouting: 123
You can count between a dozen and sixteen or so more ships, some are blocking the view of others. Some are galleys though.

They make for the damaged patrol ships, hoping to take a few more prisoners and set them aflame. Once the approaching ships get close to within range, however, they'll break off, whether they've succeeded or not.

Quentyn and 60 men VS Myrish captain and 60 men
Round 1:
Quentyn: 70/167
Myr: 91/96
Quentyn rampages, killing three men himself, and his crew is stymied a bit boarding but his prowess alone gives them momentum. The decks are slick with blood in less than a minute and at close range the artillery is supremely devastating.
Quentyn: 55 Myr: 54

Round 3:
Quentyn: 141/106
Myr: 78/125
The Myrish captain kills a man, but his crew is melting away now and even Quentyn's slipping on a corpse doesn't slow the Ironborn conquest of the ship.
Quentyn: 48 Myr: 32
Myrish ship surrenders, but it can't really sail away

The captain and crew are taken prisoner. Anything of value that can be found at first glance is taken, and the ship is put to the torch. The flotilla turns and sails west.
One prisoner is thrown overboard, with a plank of wood as a flotation device. Quentyn tells him to pass on to whatever ship picks him up, "Mutiny, abandon Frances Dayne, and you will be given land in the Stepstones. You will be free men, not slaves to some foreign Dornish bastard."

"Clever," his first mate said. "I overheard the prisoners talking about some sort of Tyroshi insurgency they are plannin. Was oging to ask a little more forcefully," he said with a mostly toothless smile.

Quentyn's eyebrow raises. "Send one ship to make for Tyrosh with all haste. We need to warn the prince to keep an eye out."
