A tiny village four days from Mason Keep, where the children are supposedly missing from. Trout's bridge has a bridge, two small inns, a sept, and a godswood consisting of three trees. The holdfast can fit a mighty garrison of six, counting the knight of the lands, his wife and daughter, and his three men. And a dog.

A fortnight after the tourney at Mason's Keep, three bounty hunters arrived in the small village plagued by witches. Letho road on the center upon his rounsey, flanked by his two companions upon whatever mounts they had managed to scrounged up. His white beard had grown wild since their departure, the huntsman not bothering to put razor to face during their journey. It had been responsibility enough to keep Letho and Mina from killing one another.
They tied their horses at the inn and made their way to the holdfast to ask the local knight about the bounty on the witches.

Leland walked beside Letho, his hands clapped together and he was a little slouches over like he usually was when he wasn't in a fight. "Think we'll get good money for this one here boss?"

The reeve's house is two stories but small still, on the outside of town. He is a portly man in his late forties with a much younger wife and a daughter and son almost her age. "You all here for the murders?"

"Would you underpay us?" he asked rhetorically as they entered the reeve's home. "We're here for the coin. Hear you've got a problem."

"The witches," he said. "Children of the Others, they are. Fourteen children missing, and the constable's youngest daughter missing now. Nigh on a month now." He frowns. "Lord Piper hisself offered thirty gold for their destruction."

Mina listened, standing off the side of them. Her face in a scowl,"Fucking witches", she thought to herself, shaking her head. "Well coin is coin."

"They eat the dead, too," the man claimed. "We've seen tooth marks on the remains."

Mina gave the man a look, then glanced at Letho. "This is not going to be a walk in the park, is it?"

Letho did not react to the grisly details. He had met men who did worse to the living.
"Where were these remains found?" he asked, before glancing at Mina. "No job that is pays 30 gold."

"Been all over the place; any town for thirty miles in any direction has had losses. I think the witches are in the swamps to the west of here, where the river meets the god's Eye," he said. "It is huge and the ultimate hiding place."

She nodded, agreeing with him. She was a little anxious. This could prove to be a tough one, she hated fucking magic.

"Heads proof enough?" he asked, unfazed.

He nodded. "And any of their ritual stuff. The Ser said the lady wizard could use it."

"Expect extra for nicknacks." he replied, taking his leave. The trio got rooms at the inn, along with ale and grub.
"We'll head for the swamp at first light." he stated, gnawing on a chicken bone. "Anyone need anything first?"
