As they redo the casting, Faeron opens a flask and empties some dust into the air. It glows red and it lazily drifts off to the northwest on a long and seemingly unending course. "Fascinating," Faeron said. "Utterly fascinating. I am poor with geography. I have no idea what is past Braavos," he confessed.

Amelia watched the trail lead North West, frowning. "It looks like it is going to the Wall, and beyond. As I had expected..." She murmured, keeping the spell up. "Oriax, I know it. But what is the power doing?"

Faeron creased his forehead. "Nothing..." he frowns. "It's just collecting heat. Like endlessly rubbing your hands together." He taps his fingers. "This Oriax must be powerful beyond measure."

Amelia looked down at the powder. "I am sure Denys can find you a collection of beakers and vials to analyse the drug with," She said, looking to her husband. "I would like to be there too... the alchemical part of magic is something I have never quite understood as much as the metaphysical aspect."

Denys seems fascinated at the stuff. "Yes, yes, right," he says distractedly. "Faeron do whatever you need." The odd alchemist heads off to assemble his laboratory.

Amelia smiled at her husband before rushing after Faeron to assist in any way.

Amelia came to see Faeron for the usual check up they had been doing daily. "Four days now," She said optimistically. "Shall we do another energy test?" She asked, lighting a candle.

Faeron smiled. "Good." He lights a candle. The day is uncharacteristically cold for late summer in Braavos, but Amelia is feeling stronger than she has in ages.

With new vigour, Ami casts the same spell on the candle that she had the first time.

A satisfying eruption of flame occurs. As it does, Faeron grins. "It's done!"

"Fully?" Amelia asked, looking up at Faeron with some skepticism. "Completely cured? No off-flow of energy up to the North?"
