After changing into his armor, Karyl is rushed into the center of the arena where he awaits his opponent. Most of the spectators seemed to be confused about the sudden fanfare he was getting but cheered none the less for the man.
Crowl watches with interest for anyone to appear to start fighting.

The huge man sees a man with a trident and a net in the center, smaller than him by far but long and lean. He has a fish shaped helmet on and pale skin that contrasts sharply with the darker locals. The announcer calls out something in his tongue and Rhoynar is the only word the Crowl recognizes.

Crowl watches the man amused at the trident and net. But approaches the man cautiously with his arms raised, "am I fighting you?" He states with a smile.

The man shrugs in confusion, looks to the announcer, who points at the giant and the man with a finger from each hand then draws them together. The spearman grins and takes up a stance...

Crowl stands his ground and gets ready to do what he does best. Kill someone with a profound viciousness that makes the weak vomit and the strong humbled.

Robyn is there, cheering on the Crowl, of course. She did not approve of the pits in principle, but if he was going to fight there, she'd cheer him to victory or mourn his death, if it is what he wants.

Round 1:
Crowl: 189 (passive activated) Fisher: 139 (evades blow)
The crowl comes on like a warhorse charging, massive frame and gargantuan armor cracking the ground. The slimmer man thrusts out his trident and it is effortlessly parried, but as the northman goes to rip the man to shreds he trips on the net and falls, but his momentum carries him straight through the trap which usually involves the victim becoming stuck and helpless.

Round 2:
Crowl: 156 Fisher: 167
The men continue their clash, and the fight pattern is a bit like a matador with a very angry and armored bull chasing him. The crowd cheers as the north man feigns confusion, the big man hoping to lull the fighter into complacency, thinking he is all brawn and no cunning. His thick plate suffers scratches from the trident but only the heat is causing any real damage.

Round 3:
Crowl: 141 Fisher: 176
The fisher finally managed to trap the warrior in his net and his blades go into the elbow joint, and the criwd cheers at the sight of blood. He swiftly disengages the net and prepares again.

Round 4:
Crowl: 162 Fisher: 121
Unfortunately, the fisher's next attempt goes off nearly exactly the same as his first; the net hits and tangles the giant, but this time the northern lord simply grabs the net and yanks the man into the armored gauntlet of his left hand. The Rhoynar warrior stumbles and the crowd hears his nose break.

Round 5:
Crowl: 145 Fisher: 131
The man dodges and desperately evades the giant, but with no net to set up attacks it is less like a matAdor now and more like a small child playing dodgeball against teenagers.

Round 6:
Crowl: 178 Fisher: 145
The crowl catches the man again, pummels him, and then lets him go, letting the crowd enjoy the imminent doom. They do, but even they are shocked at the giant's unnatural confidence as he throws the net back.

Round 7:
Crowl: 155 Fisher: 119
The Crowl has nearly finished the man, and the crowd demands his death, so he lifts him over his head and breaks his back in two.
