The Reach men assembled at Highgarden crowd into the castle as many as the castle capacity will take and prepare for the arrival of the enemy.

Lord Victor Cuy: NPC Greatsword, Plate Lord Alaric Hightower: NPC Sword, Plate, Shield Ser Harrys Farman: 75 Sword, Shield, Plate Ser Kevan Bulwer: NPC Axe, Shield, Chain Lewyn Flowers: NPC Sword, Shield, Chain
The battle will commence with the Western army engaging the 14,000 men remaining outside the castle. When that is done, they may try assaulting the triple-walled keep itself. The supply lines of the western half of the army were cut by Ironborn raiders, and as such the Lannisters lack the supplies required for a proper siege.
Round 1:
Command:
Tomas(+35 for special troops): 151 Victor (+20 special troops, +100 inside Highgarden): 198
Swords:
West:
Ser Hollis Clegane: 127 Ser Gilbert Swyft: 157 Lord Lefford: 171 Lord Jaymes Lannister: 169 King Brynden Lannister: 142 Lord Commander Brax and Kingsguard: 129 Ser Jared Rowan: 181 Cley Bolton: 141
Reach:
Lord Victor Cuy: 133 Lord Alaric Hightower: 160 Ser Harrys Farman: 132 Ser Kevan Bulwer: 147 Lewyn Flowers: 129
The battle begins near midday, the lion army taking hours to properly form to assault the city and castle of Highgarden. The fighting starts on the northern outskirts of town and the eastern approach, from the bridges across the Mander. The Lannister men are stymied crossing the wide bridge by the stout defenders, and Lord Victor inflicts pain upon them in an area where their vastly superior numbers cannot be brought fully to bear.

Ser Jared and Lord Jaymes are caught out in the a melee by the Reachmen, and the heir to Goldengrove is wounded grievously by the bastard of Oldtown. He is pulled from the fight, but Tomas and Jaymes break through the bridge, and then the West’s cavalry is able to stampaede, smashing the lines of Victor’s men. (Rally check required for being outrolled by 100+on command)

Round 3:
Tomas: 165 Victor: 120
West:
Ser Hollis Clegane: 171 Ser Gilbert Swyft: 144 Lord Lefford: 155 Lord Jaymes Lannister: 121 King Brynden Lannister: 89 Lord Commander Brax and Kingsguard: 162 Cley Bolton: 177
Reach:
Lord Victor Cuy: 134 Lord Alaric Hightower: 108 (-35) Ser Harrys Farman: 166 Ser Kevan Bulwer: 147 Lewyn Flowers: 169
This time it is the northern contingent of the army’s turn to do the heavy lifting, as Lord Cley smashes his poleaxe into the young lord of Oldtown’s shield, then breaks it and breaks his arm. The Hightower knights surround the young man and send him off, riding desperately to safety in his city far to the south. The massive Western army is using weight of numbers to bludgeon the Reach; Ser Tomas is a good enough general to know how to use the simplest advantage in military tactics. Having heard rumors of supply problems in the western camp, Lord Victor calls for an orderly retreat for the remainder of the host, and half split east, and half split south.
Leadership: 124 (Retreat)
Ser Tomas unleashes his cavalry in an attempt to rout as they withdraw.
Routing: 131 (one round of attacks)
Command: Tomas 156
As the Reachmen heading south withdraw the lions smash their stragglers and kill or capture a few hundred.

Lord Victor and Lewyn Flowers are joining the defense of Highgarden, while Ser Harys and Ser Kevan take their host east.

The Siege of Highgarden:
While foraging can sustain a normal army a fair amount of time, the fields about Highgarden are not planted, and granaries for miles about have been plundered, burned, or emptied and sent with refugees to Oldtown. Ser Tomas, after consulting with King Brynden, and against his best judgment, orders assault equipment to be built and used almost immediately. Lord Quentyn’s raid destroyed virtually all the available siege weapons the West had moving.
Ser Tomas Siege Roll: 115: The defense of Highgarden mocks the West’s efforts to reduce the difficulty of attack, and this assault will be bloodier than hell. If the West is outrolled by 120 or more during the course of the assault, the offensive fails. Tomas only gains +10 for special troops now, as his cavalry is worse than useless. If a swordsman rolls more than 170, or two rolls over 150, he is on the walls and may actually fight. Rolls for the west under 11 (not adding skill) result in oil being sprayed on them, causing heavy wounds and removing them from combat. King Brynden is being held back from this part of the battle against his wishes.
Round 1:
Tomas: 191 Victor: 236
Ser Hollis Clegane: 134 Ser Gilbert Swyft: 191 Lord Lefford: 160 Lord Jaymes Lannister: 174 Lord Commander Brax: 141 Cley Bolton: 167
Reach:
Lord Victor Cuy: 129 Lewyn Flowers: 157 (No sword results while attackers scale)
A storm of arrows, catapults, ballista, and boiling pitch is commenced. Thousands die in the first twenty minutes of the attack, as ladders go up and rams are fashioned. Most of the attackers stall out, but on the west side of the castle, miraculously, Lord Jaymes and Ser Gilbert ascend the walls and bring the fight to the Reachmen. Lewyn Flowers, the Bastard of Oldtown, moves to intercept them, bringing reserve forces from their places guarding Queen Jessica into the fray.
West: 28,000 Reach: 5,500
Random Event (only allowable character Jaymes or Gilbert and Lewyn) 2: Nothing happens.

Round 2:
Tomas: 168 Victor: 231
Sword:
Hollis: 167 Gilbert: 188 Lefford: 154 Jaymes: 169 Lord Commander Brax: 152 Cley Bolton: 139
Reach:
Lord Victor: 165 Lewyn: 177
A murderous toll is inflicted on the Westermen as they press on. Lord Jaymes and Gilbert are still alone, battling many men on their wall, pushing back Lewyn’s troops, though the cost is dear. On the ground, artillery and fire have turned the famed grounds of Highgarden into a blackening pit of decay and dying men.
West: 24,500 men Reach: 5,000 men

The murder continues, but the men gaining the walls finally give Ser Tomas some leverage, and he presses hard to gain the outer walls from below and the ramparts themselves. The West bleeds heavily, though, but this time they inflict a ton of pain upon the Reachmen as well.

Round 4:
Tomas: 124/149 Victor: 246
Hollis: 131 Gilbert: 201 Lefford: 171 Jaymes: 81 Lord Commander Brax: 174 Cley Bolton: 131
Reach:
Lord Victor: 121 Lewyn: 97 (Dead)
Queen Jessica emerges from her tower to rally her troops, and in the face of sheer desperation Lord Victor unleashes the last of his oil. From the second wall, the pitch strikes a supply of the outer wall’s oil, and a massive explosion occurs, killing hundreds, sending smoke billowing into the air for miles. The confusion causes many to pull back, and the final charge of the Reach defenders forces the Westermen off the wall. Lord Jaymes nearly falls to his death, pursued by Lewyn Flowers, but in his haste to secure the kill he fails to see Gilbert Swyft, who smashes him sixty five feet to his death on the burned land below. Order is broken in the Western camp, though, and in the chaos the army splinters. Ser Tomas rallies the men, but the ability to sustain a siege is over, and the ladders will need to be rebuilt. The Lannisters can sustain about twelve thousand men for a siege, the rest will have to move to Goldengrove or try for Old Oak to secure their supply lines before re-attempting.
Final (Both fights): West: 5,000 dead, 10,000 wounded, 2,000 men captured by Tyrells, 3,500 captured Tyrell men Reach: 3,300 dead, 3,500 lost to capture, 2,000 men captured from West, 2,000 missing, 2,000 wounded
Garrison now has 3,400 men fit to fight, another 2,000 wounded
Harys: +2 Sword Jaymes +2 Sword

Lord Quentyn destroyed Brynden's supply train, which means your army was going to starve. It's all up there in th epost. Old Oak has the raid.
