Between the tower of joy and (hopefully) a battle of oldtown sounds like this could be bloody as hell

I'm sincerely hoping Jon Snow being Rhaegar's kid doesn't actually have shit to do with anything. Because at this point, it will come so far out of left field. The show doesn't set up anything in that direction.

Do not try to bend the Aegon, only try to realise the truth....

Well I think they realized that and that's why they're doing all the flashbacks...
I mean they've already announced the tower of joy and that they've cast a young Robert and Ned for a completely different flashback. So it looks like they'll be setting it up for the reveal. It's also not like they haven't dropped tiny nuggets in the show.
I think tv viewers are smarter than folks give them credit for, especially the avid ones. Hell, look at the Lost community if you need an example of that. I wouldn't be shocked if some tv viewers already figured out R+L=J.

They haven't done any prince that was promised or junk though so even if you knew the facts there's no significance attached to it save that he is going from a bastard son of a lord to a bastard son of a pronce

I think we'll have to wait until we see the flashback to know that, seeing as we can only just theorize what happened there. We're in uncharted territory now folks.

This guy was great in 1864, don't know about the looks, but I thin he can handle the part.

Great series BTW! It's in Danish, but subtitles exist for a reason.

He does look enough like Alfie Allen to pass for Theon's uncle. But waaaaaaay younger than Balon. 'Course I don't think the books ever said exactly how far apart they were in age.

My estimate is that Euron, Victarion and Aeron are in their 40s but yeah, there's not much info about it.
I (to nobody's surprise) was of course hoping for Richard Armitage, or, if they went with someone younger, Eoin Macken. But this guy definitely does look like Alfie Allen.
