The keep is grim and dark, and the remaining insurgents in the island chain are being hunted down. Gold from different places flows into the port of the keep as trade and commerce are conducted.

Quentyn is at the docks, overseeing repairs of some minor damage to a few of his ships. He comes to greet Goodbrother when he pulls in to port.
"Harwyn! Just the man Killion wanted me to speak with. How's the sport been on this side of the Narrow Sea?"

Harwyn clapped Quentyn on his back, grinning at the man. "We set the coast of Westeros on fire, burned Karhold to the ground, and I have a fine new salt wife to show for it. Nothing else has happened though, the war has slept. Everybody is building, nobody is battling."

"Then we may need to start some trouble," Quentyn laughed, "I figured Dorne would be full of strife, with Dayne dead. And meanwhile," He pulled a letter from his pocket, "I've gotten word from a friend in Oldtown who needs some maesters killed. You want to see if Sunspear is ripe for the taking while I pay a visit to the Citadel?"

"Sounds like a good time to me." Harwyn said as he looked around the docks. "Hope you're sailing because I still can't worth a damn."

Quentyn shook his head mockingly. "Good thing you can kill men pretty well. If I give you some ships with decent captains, can you at least manage to land your men near Sunspear?"

"Should be easy enough. Once we're on land, I'll remind them why the name Goodbrother is known throughout Westeros."

"Killing princes, making enemies, and getting overthrown?"

Harwyn frowned at Quentyn, missing the humor for the moment. "For having more true High Kings than any other house except Greyiron, who ruled for a thousand years. Our day will come again, with blood and iron. Westeros will pay the iron price."

Quentyn chuckled when he saw that Harwyn didn't quite catch the reference. "Of course, of course. I was talking about the most infamous of those kings. Badbrother. Urrathon the...third? Fourth?"

Harwyn chuckled at Quentyn, clearly passing over his fit. "Urrathon the Fourth. A man with the right idea but the wrong method."

"All too common, that." Quentyn paused, looking out over the ships docked and at anchor. "How many men and ships do you want?"
