"Or two, or three," Benjen said with a small grin, some amount of humour left. He poured his sister a glass and handed it to her, before raising his own. "To this whole mess."

"Not sure is deserves a toast," she said, but raised hers in response, "to tomorrow," she gave Benjen a soft smile, "I really did not mean for today to happen, Ben"

"Neither did I, Robyn," Benjen said, before downing his glass. He'd learned to drink in the last two years, as well as fight. "It's hard these days, not being the Prince. Especially because of the time father was incapacitated. I resigned myself to the idea that he might never wake up. But I understand you and I am sorry if I spoke harshly."

Robyn looked at him for a long second, then shook her head at some private thought, "it was not a situation that called for my brother, but it was one for the price," she conceded.

Benjen refilled his glass and stood for a moment in silence. "Father will expect you to marry soon." He cocked a grin. "I'll do my best to stop him from pressing the issue."

"He likely just wants rid of me now," ribyn sighed and ran a hand through her hair, catching the bruise on her face. She didn't flinch at it. "Good luck to whomever is chosen," she went on dryly.

Benjen chuckled. "I am sure someone out there is just looking for a rebellious little wolf that can't be tamed." He grinned at his sister. There came a knock on the door and a nursemaid entered, carrying Rickon.
"He wants his father, your Grace," The nursemaid said. Benjen quickly put his glass down and held his son, the nursemaid leaving. He looks at Robyn and smiles. "Want to hold him? I am not sure you ever have."

"Such a man could hardly be sensible, and I could never marry a man who was out of his wits," Robyn said. and smiling, "Who would you most like to see me married to?" she of course meant, politically speaking.
She looked on as Rickon was brought into the room smiling at the boy until Benjen asked if she wanted to hold him. She had never held a baby.
She tried to think of the most polite way of saying no... but telling him that the nurse said he wanted his father did not come to her until she smiled weakly and nodded.
She held her arms out for the boy and held him awkwardly... not really sure how to.

Benjen held Rickon out to his sister, a warm smile on his face. "I don't know, someone whom you would be comfortable with. Lord Corbray seems like a good man and he seemed to take a shine to you."
He shrugged. "Ultimately it is not up to me."

Robyn went slightly red and tried to hide it by looking down at the baby, "I think he is already married," Robyn said, not that she had looked into it... no...never.
"How old is he now?" She asked, trying to change tact.

"Twenty nine, if I had to guess," Benjen responded, grinning at his son. "And no, Lord Corbray is a widower."

Robyn laughed at that, and looked up "I meant your son," She said and held Rickon in one arm, so he should hold her finger if wanted to.

Benjen chuckled. "Ah, Rickon will be two in a few months. He already looks like he'll be a big strong warrior." Rickon made a baby noise at that. He sounded fierce.

"I don't think you can tell at this age," Robyn replied, smiling, and shaking his hand softly.
"I had best go, you will need to think on the offer,"

"And speak to father, yes," Benjen responded, taking Rickon back from his sister. "One day things might be easier again."
