Hector is clearly kidding. "Well, maybe both of us can. I lost two gold dragons, betting you'd marry that damned Arryn or something." He ran a hand through his hair. "So, then, let's go watch Kalvin kill giants."

"Well, you should have said, we could have split it, and mother could have died of shock and joy," Robyn replied in good humour, "Yes, do you have everything?"

"She doesn't despise you, sis," Hector said. "You should go tell her hello." He rolls his eyes. "I even remembered my tent."

"No, she does not despise me, but she does not particularly like me, and I do not actively seek out the company of people who dislike me. I don't want to see her, just for her to wave me away, so.. yeah," She finished lamely, then grinned at him, "I took one with my to the vale, but i had to leave it at the foot of a mountain, before I heroically climbed up it and broke the Siege of the Eyrie. You should have come. Easy glory, just your kind of thing." She teased.

"That does sound good," he agreed. "Mother loves you, Robyn. You're just a bit different. But as you wish," he said. "Climbing sounds so tiring."

"You do not seem to understand this difference between love and... never mind." Robyn said, getting a bit annoyed now, "She has to love me, I am her daughter, I accept her, I do not look down on her, for how she acts, I do not look down on any woman for sitting sewing cushions, but that is not me, and perhaps if she had not been so wrapped up in her perfect two others daughters, she would not have had a third son. It is not as if she has not had time to get used to it. It is not that I do what I do for praise... but everyone else seems to respect me for it... but her." She shook her head, she would not sit here feeling sorry for herself, there wasn't time for self pity.
"It was tiring... we had to do it over a couple of days... one man fell. You have heard of the moon door. We climbed the fall from that." She explained, "It was... exhilarating, but scary."

Hector stopped paying attention halfway through her tirade, but snaps back in for the end. "That sounds...really badass, sis. Who was with you?"

"Walter Arryn, his uncle, Nick, and some valemen" Robyn confirmed, "you will do plenty like that I am sure."

"Probably not, but once is all it takes," he said. "It only takes one real good job to make a reputation. The rest can be faked."

"You should not go out to fake a good reputation, it will catch up with you, Hector, if you are all smoke and no fire. Bark and no bite." Robyn said, "Is that why you are coming? On your one campaign, to cling onto Kalvin's ankles as he liberates the North?" She did not look approving, "you should come because you want to help, not to get glory. That is residual."

"Damn you can lay it on thick, sis," he said. "I'm fine being the forgotten child of House Stark...but I WILL be a child of house Stark, dammit," he concluded.

"You are, Hector," Robyn said, not feeling bad for her partial lecture, "I feel strongly about it," She shrugged and looked at him.
"I just want you to know, as I am sure you do, this is not some kind of idyllic quest. Kalvin says it will be bloody."

"Did you really sleep with him?" Hector asks. "I'm just curious. We never get to talk, and I want to know what I'm walking into. Debating strategy isn't THAT interesting to me late at night."

Talk moved very quickly it seems.
"Do people think I slept with him?" She asked plainly.

"They said you didn't leave his tent." Hector looks about. "Kalvin's men dn't give a shit, they're used to him being, well, Kalvin. I just thought you'd want to know that word spreads, and those fucking scouts are worse gossips than old women."
