Kalvin nods. "You did eavesdrop on those lessons I gave your brother all those years ago." He points to the northern gates. "I killed his son. He'll come for me. Prince Aaron may be able to sway some of the Stormland lords in the fighting." He moves a finger to the west. "And then Lord Coldwater's men will take the city when he marches against me."

Robyn looked down at him, feeling sorry, and gratitude, not having a bed since the Eyrie, she thought about offering to share... She shouldn't... Why not?

Kalvin shrugs and hops on it next to her. It was clearly designed for two anyway. "Probably going to need it," he mumbles. His arm absently goes around her shoulder.
Hopefully Nick isn't still outside with the six year old.

Kalvin had told him to go away, so hopefully not.
Robyn did not move Kal's arm, and slowly drifted off.

They wake up to Rovbyn's head on his shoulder and a man screaming outside. "The city burns! It's gone!" Kalvin jumps up. "What the hell...." he looks down and sees his pants are on and breathes a sigh of relief.
"What do you mean it's gone!?"
"Bryce burned it, m'lord! Wildfire! It's a city of the dead now!"

As he jumps up, he knocks Robyn's head, she goes to the opening of the tent and looks out at the screaming man. Why would dayne do that? "This is good, right?" Her voice was very unsure.

Nick is already changed and dressed. "No telling. Lord Kalvin, I'm checking it out. You will have word in three hours."
Kal nods and the man is gone. "We need to get you some new clothes. Amelia left some at her father's tent. And, this could be good, but I imagine thousands are dead." He shakes his head. "What is he doing?
