"Six bands of fifty men each should be enough," Benjen said. "Find yourself some sub commanders for the other four forces. Once we approach the city I want you to fall back and rejoin us." He spat. "If we're lucky we can set up an ambush. It will all depend on the circumstances."

Titus nodded as well, excited to be moving. "How far down river do you want the blockade? Will we engage the enemy or attempt to remain out of arrow shot?"

"Try to draw your enemies in then rain death down on them," Benjen instructed. "And keep the blockade downriver enough that you can't be shot at from the walls."
