"Fingerdancing? I do not think I have." She shook her head, eyes riveted to the action that a moment ago had bored her to no end. "I do understand life on islands is hard, and not much can be grown but goats and other hardy livestock. It makes sense then that such a warlike culture evolved there."

"Yes, definitely. We eat a great deal of fish too, for obvious reasons. But finger dancing is a game where two or more men toss hand axes at one another and have to catch them. It's called finger dancing, because there is a great risk of injury to the fingers," Reyna explained.

"And that is a game? How interesting..." Arania looked mildly disturbed. "And Mallister has won! How amusing," said Arania, clapping loudly with the rest of the stands. "Good show, though. I will have to tell the prince that I was impressed after all."

"Yes, you shall. It was very well fought indeed. I'm so proud of Lord Drumm," Reyna declared. "A pity Mallister won, though. But I suppose we can't have everything. Which....prince would that be? There are several here, are there not?"

The stands watch whilst Lord Ragnar is awarded a silver sword and a good chunk of gold. Ser Justin Mallister receives a gold-etched sword and the crowd applauds.

"Very well fought. I think I was even holding my breath at one point!" She laughed, clapping harder as the champion recieved their prizes. "And I mean prince Benjen Stark. I have only met two of them, unfortunately. I would like to get a closer glimpse of all the royalty while I am here."

"Oh, yes. Of course. I met Prince Benjen briefly. He was most courteous. I ...do not see him here today, though," Reyna said thoughtfully. "That's odd. You'd think a prince would be present."

"Perhaps he is still mourning. When last I saw him he did not look well at all." Arania looked thoughtful.

"Oh. I met him before all that," Reyna admitted. "It's so sad. And a little frightening too. I wonder if our sympathies would mean anything to him."

"I think they would. He seemed glad that I had come to see him. I wonder if Amelia Royce has woken yet?" she mused. The stands were slowly clearing out now that the excitement had come to a close.

"Oh. I hope she's alright. Poor girl, to go through a horrid time. I cannot imagine how horrid it must have been."
Reyna shuddered.

"I feel as though I was lucky. She bore the worst of it, you know. I feel a little guilty." Arania shivered. "Yes, I will make a point of visiting her."

"Don't feel bad," Reyna urged. "How could it possibly be your fault that she suffered? I'm sure you did nothing to make it worse. But yes, I am sure your visit would be appreciated."

Arania shook her head. "I shouldn't burden you with my worries. After all, we only were just introduced. Please forgive me." She got up. "I might head to the keep now. I'm sure she is in her room...and everyone else has leftto watch the tourney. How sad."

"Yes. But still, I am sure Lady Amelia has friends to look after her. I am sure she will appreciate your kindness. Please give her my best wishes for her good health, as a courtesy."
She smiled at Arania and moved aside to let her pass.
