"I got this...your Grace," Captain Swiftriver said. "Hold him up, Liddle...we're going to beat some answers out of him." The man just starts babbling endlessly about framing the Ironborn and something about healing him and the bossman being ready for the fire or some such. Liddle really can't make any sense of it. Terrence frowns. "Huntsman Liddle, find my son and make sure he is safe; he needs more swords around him. Captain Swiftriver, send your fastest men to alert Mallister about this development. NOW!"

Benjen finds the Great Hall deserted, which shouldn't be possible, because there were at least two dozen people in there the last he'd checked. He hears some sort of chanting coming from the back, near where the sept is. Nina and Martyn's courage is rapidly failing, but the princess is giving one hell of an effort.

Lars bows to the King and runs back to where he left the Prince, as fast as he can but trying not to startle the Prince upon arrival.

He hears some sort of chanting coming from the back, near where the sept is. Nina and Martyn's courage is rapidly failing, but the princess is giving one hell of an effort. Benjen pale's a little though his intent scowl deepens. "Nina, stay behind me, no matter what happens," He says, giving her an encouraging smile. "Martyn, I'll ensure you get a promotion out of this. Now let's see what the hells is going on." He slowly lead the way towards the sept, his eyes moving back and forth constantly to make sure danger could not approach undetected.

Lars does not find The Prince and looks around for clues to where he could have went.

"Maybe you should grab a shield," Nina suggests. Benjen notes Lars Liddle rejoining him as well. As he walks forward, he sees a pool of blood oozing out from around a corner. Martyn faints, and Nina is now paler than Benjen despite her natural skin tone.

"Damn it..." Benjen grunts when Martyn passed out. He took the man's shield, if he had one, and gave a nod to Lyddle. "Keep your eyes on the Princess," He told him, before, arms raised, darting around the corner.

"Prince Benjen, Your Father sent me back here to aid you. What is the situation?" Lars asks in a serious tone, after seeing the pool of blood. He takes out his bow and notches and arrow after hearing Benjen's command.

Three headless bodies lay on the ground. One of them has the crimson cloak of a Lannister guardsmen, two wearing the brown and gold of House Mason. Benjen hears the main door to the Great Hall open and feels a pounding as it slams shut. Heavy armored footsteps echo.

"Lyddle, with me!" Benjen called, raising his shield and making his way quickly to the main door of the great hall.

As he shuffles over, he sees a giant of a man, fully armored in plate an inch thick, wielding a mace so large Benjen couldn't lift it. "Stark," the deep, impossibly powerful voice rumbles. "Meghan Lannister. Where is she?" Ser Hollis Clegane growls.

Lars moves towards The Prince, his bow at a low ready, and runs beside him.

"Meghan Lannister. Where is she?" Ser Hollis Clegane growls. "She was supposed to be here!" The Prince growled, almost shrinking back at the sight of the man. "We heard chanting; I think someone has taken everyone to the sept." He nods to Lyddle and Nina, before leading the way to where the chanting was coming from.

Ser Hollis pushes him aside. "Princes don't go first. Dogs go first." He nearly fills the hallway as he moves down it, seeming unfazed by the blood or corpses. The door to the sept is closed, and the chanting is getting louder. He looks at the prince. "Prince have a plan? Or kick in door and kill everything?"

"It'll have to be the second option, but let's think this through," Benjen said, staring at the door. "Ser Hollis, you smash the door in, then let Lyddle fire some arrows in. From thereon in... well, we charge." He looks to see if the men are ready.
