"That's true, but do you not see the bigger picture?" Ragnar asked. "We've started to make inroads upon the mainland. Perhaps in time we might go further, prove a bigger threat to the green lands."

"We might," Creed allowed, "But I want the sea, not some over-populated farmland. We aren't numerous enough to reclaim Harren's Realm, that is sure."

"That's so, but there are islands we could cut off from their friends on the mainland. The Shield Isles, for certain. Tarth. And you know, whose to say that if we increase our holdings, we might not one day be strong enough to take back Harren's old realm? If we cannot, perhaps our sons or grandsons will."

"And turn back into greenlanders?" Creed shudders. "My children will be good sea-dwellers, like their father. Tarth, though....I could use some sapphires."

"Couldn't we all."
Ragnar grinned.
"I didn't mean we should forsake the sea. Never that. But I do believe in taking back what was once ours. Let the greenlanders live in fear of us as they once did."

Humble nods, then looks over at the limping reachman. "Who the hell is that? What you want, lad?"

"Oh. Reyna Harlaw," Ragnar said.
He folded his arms across his chest as he eyed Jason with suspicion.
"And what would a greenlander like you want with a lady of the Iron Islands? Were you her little tag along puppy during her time at the Rock?"

"Then perhaps I have overestimated Lady Reyna's capabilities," Ragnar sneered. "I knew her as a child, as it happens. And now you will tell me why I should let you pass."

"You have no reason, I can leave and come back, I simply wish to meet a fellow woman of the trade. I mean no harm and in my state that is more then shown, I am a writer and a composer, not a fighter." He said looking to the Ironborn man.

"You don't belong here," Ragnar said flatly. "Look around you. Surely that is obvious. You are already acquainted with Lady Reyna, then?"

"I am not, but she is saying in my Kings Home, I simply wished to introduce myself. I did not come here to stay, I came simply offering a friendly greeting." He says.

Ragnar grinned.
"You came to the wrong place. Lady Reyna is camped within the Goldlands encampment, since she's part of the Lannister court. But I heard her name mentioned as my thralls were getting out the tents. Seems she's been around here. If you're lucky, she might still be here."
