The woman shivers in the chill, and presses herself against what she assumes to be a him. "What is going on?" Ben looks about then shrugs.
"Guess they'll us later. They have quite a share coming. Shame you didn't find those other two." Ellyn silently nods and they start away.

They are headed north and the outlaws are going south so there's no chance of that. After an hour or so they find the man. He doesn't seem to be doing too well. The woman rushes to him. "Father!" She squeals. "They...they were slavers! Slavers here!" The fat man panics at that.
"Who...who are you?"

The pair look scared of the weirdo but they start moving eastwards. Rowan heads a growl, he is sure of it, but even in the morning light he can't see what would make it.

They continue for a long while, until they see a field with crops ready to harvest and a house in it. Lthat's our house!" The woman squeals. "We're home!"
As they approach it Rowan sees some men working and women talking at the side of the house. They have scythes and plenty of improvised weapons of forgiveness is in short demand.

No one interrupts them as they leave. The way home will take most of the day. It is a cool autumn day and the colors are just starting to change. If one has to travel after twenty four hours, this isn't a bad way to do it.

The outlaws are all inside the dining room eating some of Ben's best pork. "Sweet Seven Rowan!" The giant calls out, "where the hell you been!?" His wife Edith nods a greeting. She is something of...an irredeemable bitch, from Rowan's memory.
