"Do you promise on your faith and honor that you will be now and in the future faithful to your lord and king, never cause him harm and will observe your homage to him completely against all persons in good faith and without deceit?" he inquired, having heard the words enough times in his coronation that he had the memorized, though obviously left out the usual mention of the Drowned God.

"Jemot kivio ñuhe tepan, I give you my word." Kraznys said, both in his mother tongue and his new liege' some. In truth, this was High Valyrian, but it sounds foreign enough to be Ghiscari. [/i]

"Then rise, Lord of Myr, vassal of the Iron Empire." he motioned, with a wry smile. "That was all. Feel any different?"

Kraznys tapped his chest and abdomen region, as if to check to any changes.
"Balls also seem to be in place; I feared they might have shrunken." He grinned at his own jape. "High Magister Kraznys of Myr, I like the sound of that."

A couple hours later, Kraznys sends for the remaining men of the company to cluster in the courtyard.

Some men, fattened on plunder, have retired, but Kraznys can muster a shade over five thousand men himself now, with a nearly unlimited pool of potential recruits. The men straggle in over the hours, forming into their companies and awaiting the word of the new Magister.

Kraznys appears on the balcony, tailed by Lysergio and Orys.
"Men of the Ivory Host, my brothers. With the death of Francis Dayne and end of the War, a new chapter starts for us. Our great employer, King Killion of the Greyjoys, has made me a proposal only a madman would pass on. We have signed a new contract, a life long contract, in which he shall pay us with all this..." He motioned with his arms indicating the city of Myr. "Myr is now our playground, boys. The Company will still stand, in fact, the profits of the city shall be reverted mainly for its benefit. With the wealth of Myr and the Iron Empire, we shall grow to become a Horde, unlike one ever seen before on the lands of this Continent! Tales of the Golden Company shall be meek compared to the future that awaits before us."
"The Ironborn are unlike any other of those flowery Lords of the West. Like us, they are fighters, they take what is theirs, they are steel made men. Under King Killion's command, we will never be slaves..." He spat. Which was a bit hypocritical of him considering he supported slavery, as long as if it happened to others, not him. "But we will be Conquerors!" He roared this last bit with the top of his lungs, raising his spear in cheer.

The men mostly cheer, but part of the appeal of the Ivory Host is based on the lack of identity to a land or a realm, and so some are less certain of the deal. They all support the idea of getting extremely wealthy, though. The cheer ins general is quite loud, and the Myrish don't know what is going on and fear they're about to go through more rape and burning.

"Things here are about to change and now on they will follow our standards! Lysergio will take care of the boring part as he has always for us." He said with a smile, tapping the Quartermaster's shoulder. It had all gone rather well, they'll probably suffer from some desertions later on, but Kraznys couldn't care less, he had fucking Myr. "Each Officer shall be nominated Magister and upon my death, the active members of the Ivory Host shall be able to vote for my successor as High Magister, just as we'd do normally." His other arm, The Captain laid around his otehr companion's shoulders. "Lieutenant sand shall take command of the City Watch; and in his stead, my good friend Orys, will be named Captain of my Personal Guard."
"Lysergio will take care od thing now..." The Captain bowed and retired to his new bedchambers.
"Hello! Good evening, men of the Comapny!" Lysergio said, waving to the crowd, a smile on his blue lips. "I'm going to call your name, and you are going to answer 'Present', eh?!?! Ok, let's do it: Artys, the Fat?"

"Present!" the fat man said. The legion's cook could make a five star meal out of two turnips, some salt, and a rotting pig, and he took advantage of his nigh-supernatural cooking skills at least five times a day. On and on the list rolls, and ninety percent of theHost is still present by the end of roll.

A makeshift throne is set upon the dais for the Interim while Kraznys had his new one being made, normal chairs have been set across the Palace's Great Hall. The new High Magister summons his Council of magisters and the heads of whatever is left of Myr's Guilds. The Captain had accepted that Lysergio would be the one taking taking care of the show, if there was one thing Kraznys had no idea of what he was supposed to do, it was governance.

Orys could barely read, and that was simply because he had grown up in one of the more cosmopolitan cities of Essos. But he could count bodies, and he could remember faces, so he had his men slowly herd them in, at which point he would interrogate every supposedly important figure on the nature of their position in the city. He was not above publicly beating someone if he discovered his men had delivered the wrong person to the meeting. When he was eventually satisfied, he strolled over to his boss.
"Looks like the lot of them. Been paying former slaves to point out their masters and their quirks, should some mummery arise." He grinned, thinking this was the height of counterintelligence.

A few dozen people are in attendance, most of the old and unable to fight. It'd explain their survival, not that that had helped hundreds of others. The most important single remaining figure is Deluca Fazzrino, the head of the Glassblower's guild, who craft the lenses and more that have made Myr so famous. He is about fifty five, thin, with a fresh bruise on his right eye and a broken finger. He looks at the strange new magister silently.

"That should definitely do, Orys." Kraznys gave a hearty tap on his companion's shoulder. "Lysergio will take care of them first, he said something about stick and carrots; violence and such only after he had tried to soften them with words... Bullshit, but I did leave him in charge of this, so won't complain."
----------------
"Welcome! I'm Kraznys, your new ruler as you might have guessed." Kraznys voice thundered across the, it had been hardened by years of speeches for thousands of men in the open, with nothing but his vocal chords to help. "If you have been summoned here, it's because you are going to help us rebuild this city." He pointed to Lysergio who stood by him interim throne, translating Kraznys' speech from Common to Myr's bastard language. "And this, is Lysergio Siddario-Drenoris, my trusted advisor, he'll be in charge of rebuilding crew... Or whatever."
"Good evening, gentlemen!" The former quartermaster said with a sly smile, bowing before the ragged aristocracy of Myr. He spoke first in Common, for the Officers and then translated it for the locals in Myrish. "As his grace has stated, I'll be in charge of the Myr's Restructuring Comitee. The days of Frances are gone, a new beginning is before us."
"You are stuck with us, and we are stuck with you, that's what he means." Kraznys interrupted. Lysergio hoped not many understood the Wester tongue, he wanted to talk as softly as possible, avoiding these types of blunt thumps that his employees usually presented.
"Yes, yes, your grace." He nodded, a little dismayed by te interruption. "What his grace means is: if we want to make Myr great again, we will have to work together. There are some dark years before us, we all know that, it won't be easy... But we will give our sweat and we will make it. Now, first thing first, how was everything under Frances' Rule?"

"Not well," the old man said. "He liked to flay people who disappointed him. A lot of people disappointed him." The others murmur agreement. "Our first priority needs to be the factories. With them destroyed gold cannot be made."
