"I didn't take it," Robyn replied, quirking her eyebrow, in fairness, it was her doing the offering. "Indeed I have, plenty of interest, Kalvin, Lord Walter, King Aaron." She glanced over to the door mychel had left, "Ser Mychel Tully," she shrugged, "father says its up to me who and when I marry, so long as they are not going to betray us and have their own castle."

Dud relaxes with some good ale at the celebration. His old best friend Otho used to be the one that pumped Dud up for these sorts of affairs. Otho's death still stung Dud worse than any of the injuries he gained during the war. He drank some extra whiskey silently for his friend. He scanned the room and tried to see familiar faces from the war.

Robyn recognised the man her brother valued so highly, and waved him over to join them.
"It is good to see you recovered, Mudd" she said with a smile, having a third glass brought.

When the princess waves you over you you go with some haste. Dud smiled brightly at her words. "Thank you, Princess, it took some time but I am back to good health." He replied with a bow. "I am glad to see you in good health as well, both of you." He finished bowing to Prince Benjen as well. He took the glad and lifted it to them in cheers before taking a large sip.

Victor Rivers sat alone with a bunch of empty cups on his table. He had gone to war with no chance of ever inheriting anything, seeing as he was a bastard and probably 12th in line if he was even a true born. But there he sat, empty cups on the table and with a legitimate case at inheriting a castle. In all the fighting he was just about all that his family had left. His half brothers and father were gone. He saw his friends die in various battles. But at least he had a near infinite supply of alcohol at this celebration.

"I am glad to see you in good health as well, both of you." He finished bowing to Prince Benjen as well. He took the glad and lifted it to them in cheers before taking a large sip. "I am always in good health," she grinned, the alcohol beginning to take effect, "it is just a shame so many people got injured, though injured is better than dead. Like poor Savinia." She looked sour for a moment then grinned again. "My brother and I were just talking about my legion of suitors."

Dud frowned at the thought of the dead, specifically Otho. He drank again to that. "A thousand injuries is better than being taken from the world." Dud replied with a bit more cheer than one would expect from that line.
He laughed at the suitor comment. "Princess of the North, especially after our contribution to this continental war, I'd imagine there isn't a prominent man out there that wouldn't want to try his hand at courting you."

"Think there are any in here?" She asked grinning at him, and taking another drink, resting her head on the back of her hand, "everyone's talking about how much aid you've been to Benjen."

Dud spins his head around the room as if trying to pick out the perfect guy. He smiles as he returns to the conversation. "Aye, they'd be a fool not to be here. Celebration is the perfect time to talk and get to know someone."
Dud is slightly shocked by the next sentence. "Have they? I would appreciate every word of it. I wasn't sure what help I would be when I first arrived. I'm happy to be of service to the Prince, and the entire family."

"And yet, most of them are not," her implication had clearly give over his head, it was teasing anyway.
"Well, of course, the fact you have come up from being virtually unknown makes it even greater an achievement, rather inspiring I would say. Great lords and Knights are expected to serve, you did it almost entirely off your own back. Very commendable."

"I thank you, Princess. You have become known as quite the warrior yourself. Some may not agree, but I believe that is a great quality to have in a Princess." The words brought back a fond memory of Ella the bandit, which brought a smile to Dud's face. "Reminds me of a lady I met around the Riverlands, she was more than formidable as well."

"Thank you, it's nice being active, I don't think I could stay here and wait for things to happen," she thought of the man in kings landing and smiled. "I think most would disagree with you, but that is there problem."
In fairness, most people she met did not have a problem with it.
"What now for you, Ser?"

Dud laughs sort of awkwardly at the questions. "Well I came here to do what I could to help win the war, but I never gave too much thought as to what I would do when peace time came." Dud explained. "I came from Essos, I can always go back."

"Where ever you feel you need to go," Robyn said with a smile, and had yet another sip. "I want to go east. One day anyway."

"Essos is a beautiful place. Even the red waste has its qualities. So many different cities and cultures in Essos, which is also why it's a lucrative place for a sell sword." Dud said fondly of his old home. "I am in not rush to get back though. I do suggest you tour the lands someday though."
