"With men of renown like the North has around, death is nothing to fear...much," he says. "We did just kill Bryce Dayne, after all."

"Does she?" Denys said. "I wouldn't know anything about that. I am merely a private citizen, after all. The Sealord and I communicate very little, unless he wishes to drink wine which doesn't taste like badly filtered vinegar." He looks about. "I confess I am here for my own violent purposes. My wife is having a great deal of difficulty with men of uncommon brutality. They..." he looks to make sure no one can hear, "forced her to do unseemly things. I am not a violent man, my prince," he said. "But I am rich, and I want to find some men who ARE uncommonly violent." Benjen listened, his expression becoming more stern. Finally he nodded. "That sounds like Amelia. I will ask the Crowl to travel to Gulltown, as well as some other violent bastards. Nick Snow as well. They should do the job." He raised his cup and drank from it. "I feel we will be needing Amelia in the east, once we sail. Any magic we can get against Vhagus will be vital."

Denys nods. "They sound perfect for the job. Gold is no object, these whoresons must pay." He changes the topic. "Do you plan on heading east, then? Dangerous lands that way."

"I feel I have to," Benjen responded. "Not only am I marrying a Targaryen but I have said from the beginning that Vhagus was the biggest threat to the world. I have been meaning to go against him for a long time and soon the time will come."

"With men of renown like the North has around, death is nothing to fear...much," he says. "We did just kill Bryce Dayne, after all." "Depends on what foolish things I see fit to do next, and this next one is quite foolish" she grinned, not looking nervous at all, she felt otherwise, "it is true, we did just kill him, and the whole of the country, even his own lands, will sleep safer for it, at least for a while."

"Especially his own lands," Mychel confirms. "Going east isn't foolish, it is necessary."

Denys nods. "Well, you're a better man than I, not that that wasn't obvious," he said. "I can only bring myself to oppose my...relative indirectly at best."

"Oh I did not mean that," she smiled, "Though I do hope to do that too, go east, I long to see it. A different world, a land different to our own. Pentos was incredibly beautiful... I can only imagine it gets more beautiful the further east you go."
She smiled at him, "I only hope the people see it as being necessary too."

Mychel nods. "They will, one day. If you didn't mean east," he says, looking at her curiously, "what did you mean?"

"I hope that day is not too late." She said, and paused before answering his question, "I am going to go and help my brother with something, I think, up north a bit, should not take long. If I go at all. I am in two minds."

"The north is growing empty of threats with the wild kings brought to heel," he notes, no let getting her true meaning.

"Brought to heel does not mean they will stay so." she said, she did not wish to tell him where she was going still, and stopped the train of conversation there. "Tell me, How old are you? You remember me as an ugly child, but I do not recall you, You must have known me very young."

"Seventeen," he says. "I was a runt back then, no reason to remember me," he is probably still a bit hurt.

"Same age as I, I doubt you were ever a runt, unlike myself." Robyn said, "looking at you now," she had not meant to wound him, so tried to repair it. "Do you dance, Ser Mychel?"

He nods. "I do. My sisters ensured I'm even fair at it," he said. He offers an arm. It strikes Robyn then that Kal and Ben had called him the minnow when he was a boy.
