Meera nods uncomfortably at Joanna as she mentions her own kidnapping, mostly because her rescuer had been the perpetrator, but then she smiles. "Well, hopefully I can sleep past the nightmares. I'm sure they'll come soon enough. But," she changes the subject, "seeing as I am stuck here until Sunspear is reclaimed....assuming my husband is still alive...I mean, of course he's alive, but until he's found, then it'd be wonderful to get to know you." She smiles brightly, her missing tooth making it oddly endearing. "More sisters is never a bad thing." Joanna noticed the missing tooth and her smile faded slowly in the midst of this Stark reunion as it struck her that she'd had a sister once. But Mhegan was dead, as were their parents, and she was all alone in this wolf's den, without so much as a friend in sight. And Jaymes.. Jaymes could not die in Highgarden, not now when he was the only family she had left. She realized she'd been staring at her goblet of wine for a while, and that the knuckles of the hand that held it had turned white. She blinked a few times and looked back to Meera, even though her smile was not as on point as it had been before. "Forgive me," she said, her voice surprisingly light for the terrible revelation she'd just had, "what you said about sisters, yes. More family is always good, if they look out for each other as yours does. One can only admire this.. rarity."

Meera took her unused hand. "We'll do the same for you, Joanna. Any of us." She gets a refill. "Ben, Robyn, me, Delila, my father...even Hector," she said. "It's the only currency that matters when the chips are down." A drunknen Umber calls for a bedding before being swatted. "Will you be my sister?"

"Why would nick care about that?" she asked, not really bothered much by Ellaria, if she was perfectly honest. Terrence seemed to e taking a very keen interest in the life of a son he scorned for nearly forty years. "They're in love," he mumbled. HE shakes his head and takes his seat.

After her father sat down, Robyn drained her goblet again and left the feast.

Martyn was entering the feast, catching sight of the Stark women leaving just as he entered. He quickly raised his hand, and cried out. "Princess Robyn? I don't wish to presume upon your time, but I was wondering if you might be able to help me."

"It's the only currency that matters when the chips are down." A drunknen Umber calls for a bedding before being swatted. "Will you be my sister?" Joanna found herself briefly wondering who exactly the Umber thought were getting married. She offered Meera a genuine smile. "You are sweet. I will gladly be your sister," she said. "Once you get better, we should go about the town, or even riding. But I don't want to steal you away for too long, as this feast is for you, after all, and I'm sure a lot of other people want to catch up." As if she'd ever really be bothered by hogging someone, but it was a great excuse for getting away from this crowded hall, which was all she wanted after her odd feelings about her dead family that she had no idea she was even capable of. "If you'll excuse me, princess," she said with one final smile, let go of her hand and rose. She left her wine at the table, but picked up a new one from a passing servant's tray just outside the great hall. She found an empty alcove down the hallway and leaned in it, wondering how on earth she'd just let whatever happened, happen. Sipping her wine, Joanna didn't look away from the window until she heard footsteps, which evidently belonged to Robyn. "Leaving your own celebration so soon?" she inquired as the princess was just about to pass her.

"It's not my celebration, it's a farce," she said, looking round and seeing Joanna, never getting to Martyn, yet, she was sure she would do, "You do not look to be enjoying it. I saw you talking to Meera did she have anything interesting to say?"
Robyn was not at all in the mood to feast, nor in the mood to pretend she was. Why should she?

I saw you talking to Meera did she have anything interesting to say?" Robyn was not at all in the mood to feast, nor in the mood to pretend she was. Why should she? "She did, as a matter of fact. We have some things in common," she said, and looked at a passing servant who'd just stepped out of the Hall, it seemed. "This glass is not going to fill itself," she called to him, and when he took it, eyed Robyn for a moment. "In fact, bring a whole pitcher," she added as she waved the man away." "The thing about too many feasts is that they tend to get tedious," she told Robyn. It wasn't a lie of course, but it hadn't been the reason she'd left, either.

"I am sure you do," She said with a sigh, and moved to stand next to Joanna, picking up an empty goblet on her way, "Make that two pitchers" she told the servant, as he moved off. She may as well fulfil what seemed a general Princess trait and get absolutely shit faced.
"This whole thing is ridiculous. We've been stealing and robbing food from people to feed the armies, we've just finished winter, there are no new crops, and what are we doing? Feasting. People are starving, and we're celebrating what? If they want to celebrate Meera's return, fine, but I do not wish to be used as an excuse for doing so. Especially when I did almost nothing."
She looked at Joanna again, taking a large drink of wine, "You probably do not want to hear this,"

Joanna eyed her with a blank look and suddenly burst out laughing. "I thought hosting a tourney as every other kingdom in this continent declared war on us was even worse," she said, clearly amused at the absurdity now. She mockingly raised her glass and drank from it. "What did you do, actually? I've been wondering, but didn't think it would be right to ask that from your sister after everything she must have gone through."

"She was passed out for almost all of it anyway," Robyn said, shaking her head. Meera was perhaps not the best person to ask for details from anyway.
"Nick and I snuck into the estate of his uncle, who was using Meera to blackmail me into killing his political rival, to get Pentos out of an alliance with Vhagus Blackfyre, who actually seems like quite a fun person, if you don't mind me saying," Robyn had already had a fair bit to drink. "he took me for a ride on his dragon..." She said, thinking of flying and trailing off,
"Anyway," she put her attention back to Joanna, "So we scaled the walls of his estate, found Meera, and then Vhagus Blackfyre manage to provide a really helpful distraction, by burning the complex to the ground around us. Nick carried Meera out, and I killed his uncle. Then we got to the port and made our way here" she said, waving a hand, it really wasn't that exciting.

Joanna narrowed her eyes at the other princess, trying to decide whether she'd really ridden a dragon, or that had just been, like.. a really gross metaphor. "So.." she began, trying to put the pieces together. It was quite a fantastic tale. "This Vhagus helped you escape?" she asked in mild disbelief. She tried to wrap her mind around the fact that they could have gotten Pentos out of an alliance with Blackfyre.

"in a manner. I do not think he intended to... but I am not complaining. We all lived, no one died... it was one of more successful missions I would say." She looked at Joanna, and as if reading her mind carried on, "Pentos was in an alliance with Blackfyre before we arrived, Nick's Uncle, Sataris, wanted to stop that alliance and ally with Bryce Dayne. I thought not giving a prop up to our more immediate enemy a better idea. He could have burnt me alive with Drogon though, but he didn't, so I suppose I owe him one now."

Martyn shrugged at Joanna and Robyn. He had a feeling that the Lannister princess and him would never fully like each other, even if they could have respect. He ambled over to Benjen and took a seat at the table. Pouring some ale for his host he leaned in. "Rumour has it you intend to go north my prince. Or at least it would be rumour if the boasts of your Skagosi were not so loud."
