The guards are half a dozen steps away, It is supremely unlikely (would need a roll of 165 or more), and if she failed there'd be no time for her to draw a sword to defend herself for round 1.

Sataris himself is unarmed, though.

Robyn considered just saying fuck it, and shooting an arrow at sataris, nick's uncle or not, but decided, while she found the risk to her life acceptable... It was not just hers she needed to consider.
"One last thing, magister" she called out to him, "does your nephew still live?"

"I have many nephews," he said, a bit surprised. "Oh....yes, of course." He taps his cheek with his finger. "What's this information worth to you? I'll answer it for....hmmm..." he looked about. "Well, I suppose you can dance naked for me later. Your half brother is quite well."

Robyn wondered, after a moment of relief, where the fuck he even was. "Hurt her, and I'll show you a different dance from the North, that involves me stabbing you through the throat and cutting your head off." She said, but moved to leave the estate.

Sataris chuckles. "If you want to see your brother, I recommend the beaches south of here," he said. "He has been very busy, that one. And if you come back here without Octavian's head, well, I'll match you step for step. I don't know how much an armless and legless whore will command in fees...but I could always find out."

"Someone once told me there is a market for everything," she said, and left to head to the beeches.

When they got to the estate, just before Dorne, Robyn did a sweep of the building to see what kind of weaknesses it might have to getting in undetected, doors less guarded, open windows, that kind of thing.

The estate is for pleasure, not protection, so open windows and decoration trees and bushes abound. Stealth is possible in broad daylight. Nick and vision confirm Sataris has perhaps fifteen guards.

Robyn asks nick where his uncle is most likely to be keeping his sister. no point trying to rope up to a window if she is on the ground floor.

"Harem or his personal room," he mumbled. "Let's not discuss why right now." He looks up. "Almost certainly upstairs."

Robyn looks to move closer to the estate, and looks for the easiest window to throw or bow a rope up to climb up the wall, preferably a part of the house still with a lot of shade, to cover them if possible.

Sneaking: 151 (+2)
Robyn gets all the way to the house with no one the wiser, dodging guards' eyes with an expert pattern and using the terrain fully. The men are also exhausted from the night awake. She can get a rope to a window upstairs.

After getting a rope to the window, she waited for nick and those coming inside with them to come inside, and then climbed up to the first floor, looking to see if there were guards patrolling, in any kind of pattern. If it was clear, she would ckimb up onto the first floor.

Nick and her are the sneaky ones. The rest await a signal for the distraction. She can get onto the second floor if she wants. The guards look half asleep, and it is a cloudy rainy day.
